Lomita-Torrance Dental Office

This was the worst dental experience I ever had. It took two months to replace my crown . They broke it two times. They never gave me a temporary crown , they used a broken one and they did not cement it. I swallowed it. They were so rude. When I asked them don’t you need to take out the temporary crown? They ignored me. Then they said I swallowed it because they did not cement it. Nobody is competent there. All they know how to do is charge my insurance and bill me personally too. I never have been so disrespected. I am never going back.

The staff is very professional, Knowledgeable and polite. It makes for a great atmosphere.

First time patient. Dr. Fong was gently, informative and professional. I have dental fear, and he was patient and walked me through it. Filling completed pain free. He also filed down the chips on my front teeth. He brought my confidence back! Erika was very kind and informative as well.

I recently started at this dental office due to my change of insurance. They are literally the best! I had a complex Root canal/ tooth pulled and Dr. Teboul did a fantastic job, I felt no pain and he and his assistant Litzy made me feel super relaxed and calm during the procedure! It healed beautifully as well! Erica the dental assistant and Claudia the office manager are fantastic, very kind and helpful! Wonderful office!

I recently started going here when my insurance changed. I have to say that they are the BEST dentistry I have had in my entire life.. I’ve been to a lot and have had a lot of work on my teeth done. This place has the warmth, precision and high quality care that you want in a dental office. Before coming here I hated the dentist with a strong passion and generally avoided it. But I look forward to going to the dentist now because my dentist Dr. Fong is AMAZING!! He is so cool and calm. I never feel any pain when he touches my teeth and he is honestly always putting the patient first no matter what. He NEVER rushes on me and is always so calm and collected! It’s a vibration that permeates the entire office! I also wanted to give a huge shoutout to Michael .. he is a God send! He cleaned my teeth recently and it was honestly the most informative teeth cleaning and BEST cleaning I have ever experienced. He seems highly knowledgeable in his field and told me every detail of what to look out for in care prevention of my gums and teeth and explained every methodological approach to me while he was doing it! He is absolutely amazing! I request him now because of his efficiency, bedside manner and high quality professionalism and care! I think the whole staff is wonderful from Francisca even down to Shady and their office manager Lani! I am so grateful for everyone who works there and can’t wait until I’m back again in 6 months! Please go to this place! I would pay out of pocket for it it’s so good!!

Despite arriving an hour early for my first appointment to complete paperwork, I waited over an hour while patients who arrived after me were seen. When I asked, the explanation was unclear. The way my insurance plan was discussed made me feel like I was being treated differently because of the type of my dental plan. Rather than feeling that patient care was the priority, the dental plan and financial aspects were more important. My experience at Dr. Gordon Fong's office was frustrating, diminishing, and disappointing.

WARNING SCAMMERS MEDI CAL FRAUD If I can give this company a zero stars I would I was looking for a new dentist sometime earlier this year and I seen they had good reviews so I booked with them mind you I have Medi-Cal so I believe that’s why they took advantage of me. they insisted that I had all my wisdom teeth removed. The dentist got an attitude because I refused the services. I told him I just wanted my cleaning which I was due for one. He told me I did not need a cleaning and polished my teeth instead I went to another dentist for a cleaning and they told me that the last company had charged me for a cleaning already so I wasn’t able to get my cleaning for another six months please do not go here they are fraud. They lie and charge for services. They did not complete or they will lie and say you need work done that you don’t need just so they can make some money.
