Went to London Road dental care today After not seeing a dentist for over 30+ years The dentist mr Barnes put me totally at ease and guided me through the treatment plane fantastic dentist glad I went Would I go again 100% I would

For many reasons it had been a while since I had visited a dentist . I did some research , distance , reviews etc and booked in to see Richard Baines, From the moment I arrived and speaking to the lovely friendly receptionist savannah, to then meeting Richard and having a full an extensive examination , I was made to feel so comfortable and put at ease, as I was particularly nervous . He clearly explained the plan going forward and I felt so relieved and was even smiling as I left . I only wish I had gone sooner . Thank you and I will have no qualms returning for my treatments.

Absolutely the best dentist I’ve ever been to, and I’ve seen many. Richard is incredibly professional, trustworthy, calm, and reassuring, I was so relaxed during the treatment that I almost fell asleep! In the long term, I’ve never had any issues with the dental work he’s done over years 🙌”

I was nervous about going to a dentist as I’ve not been in years but they was so welcoming and reassuring the front desk lady was very kind and easy to talk to the dentist Richard and his assistant. Was very professional and answered any questions to reassure me the price was very friendly and fair and bookings are fast. such a good dentist I would definitely go again and recommend to anyone. Once again i thank the staff for the service 10/10

I can't speak highly enough about the treatment I have received from both the dentist Richard and the hygienist at London rd. Dental practice. I am a very nervous patient and have been made so at ease throughout my three appointments here. I would definitely recommend to anyone and the advice I have been given for my gum health and further treatment is genuine and they obviously put their patients first. Rare to find definitely a trustworthy bunch of people.

Had a bridge fitted, Richard and the team are excellent. He spends time to make sure things are right. Excellent dentist and team would highly recommend.

I recently had a hygiene appointment with Kelly and she did a fantastic job. I was extremely pleased with the results. My checkup with Richard was also very thorough and felt my concerns were listened to and dealt with accordingly. You dont feel pressured into anything instead was made to feel at ease. Let me also add that the staff were amazing too.

I had veneers fitted on my two front teeth and I’m really pleased with the result. They look so natural and tidy. The dentist was very professional, gentle and friendly throughout. Highly recommend!

I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending London Rd. Dental Care. I avoided going to the dentist for over 20 years (my one phobia in life!) however I cracked my tooth and had to give in… Richard did a fantastic job - put me at ease, explained everything through, worked efficiently to minimise any distress, and made a great job of fixing my tooth. It’s helped my overcome my fears and will gladly go back for regular appointments going forward.

First time visting a private dentist and I must say you feel much less pressured to be rushed out the door, I was listened to fully and clearly explained my options to proceed with a plan. Most notably I wasn't pressured into expensive treatments and was given the pros and cons for each option with a clear plan to get a whiter smile without breaking the bank or committing to a life of dentistry. Richard is very honest and clearly genuinely cares about his reputation and the service he provides. I'm not the best at explaining things so his listening skills were incredible. I will be returning and feel more confident moving forward of what I need to do next, worth the extra money as NHS appointments just don't offer the same level of transparency and information in my experience.
