Always so kind and understanding
I had a great experience at this dentist office. Everyone was professional, welcoming, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. Yari was especially friendly, helpful, and kind. She took the time to answer my questions and made the whole experience much less stressful. The staff truly cares about their patients, and I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for quality dental care.
I used to come to this dental office as a child, and now I bring my own child here. The service is excellent, from the friendly front desk staff to the doctor. My son felt very comfortable during his visit, and the appointment was quick and efficient. We had a great experience and would definitely recommend this office to others!
My grandkids said they enjoyed going there. They said can't wait to go back 😆. In my opinion they were very sweet and gentle with them and explained detail by details. I would definitely recommend Lonestar pediatrics.

The staff was great but Dr. Rachel Montgomery was HORRIBLE! She was very forceful on my four year old. She was rough and hurt him by stretching his lips until they were chapped and jamming her finger down this throat. She ignored his cries and showed no empathy towards him. She left him feeling traumatized. We left feeling like “just another number” on her docket. Recently, we came due for another 6 month dental exam and I was determined to locate a different dentist. I was speaking with the director of my child’s school about his last visit with Dr. Rachel Montgomery and three other parents whose children attend the same school had a similar experience to ours. They were also seeking an alternative. I will NEVER take my child to Lone Star Pedi Dentist again!! I took him to Access Dental and they were amazing. My child left Access Dental fear free and that gave me so much hope for his future dental visits. Moral of the story, from one parent to another, DO NOT TAKE YOUR LITTLE ONE TO LONE STAR PEDIATRIC DENTAL!!
So, my daughter has been going there for 12 years. I have never had any issues and always been very happy with how they treat my daughter. This time is a different story. The hygienist that cleaned my daughter's teeth was so rough that she was almost in tears. She was to embarrassed to say anything until we got to the car..I looked at her gums and they are red and swollen. It's still hurting her. You can see her gums. There was so much blood in her mouth. The dentist said her teeth and gums were great. When I saw the blood and was asking about it I was asked to just sit down. I has never been this way before. The lady seemed like she was not in the best mood to begin with. I will be reaching out to the office Monday morning soon as they open.
I brought my 2 year old in for a regular check-up and everything was amazing. It was easy to make an appointment, check in was fast and the visit with Dr. Gaj was very informative. He is great with kids and very patient! Would highly recommend!
