Long Beach Kids' Dentistry and Orthodontics

We had already had a consultation at their sister company went in thinking it was covered under our insurance they took more X-rays witch I get teeth move so went in thinking they where going to fill in the cavity they had already known about they did nothing and told me the tooth had to be extracted so I said that’s fine they told me they could not do it today it would have to be set for a different day went to go schedule it they said it 65$ for today and another 50 in advance for the procedure so i paid for nothing to be done to my sons teeth today and mind you our insurance should have covered any payments this is so disappointing so I’m out 65$ and no teeth cleaning no procedure nothing was done to my sons teeth

Very informative and welcoming staff, Adrian had a very positive attitude and was very knowledgeable he was super patient with my daughter, really helped her feel comfortable with her cleaning and he was quick with X-rays definitely made the visit go by smoothly , my daughter isn’t scared of dental appointments anymore, thank you!

at first my child was really nervous about going to the dentist but then the staff was very friendly and he really opened up and actually enjoyed his dental visit, the assistant adrian made him feel comfortable with his cleaning and the doctor was so sweet and so kind

I had such a great experience at Long Beach Kids Dentistry, and I especially want to recognize Adrian Bustillos for how amazing he was with my son. Adrian was incredibly nice, kind, patient, and welcoming from the moment he started helping us. He made my son feel comfortable and relaxed, which means so much as a parent because going to the dentist can sometimes be intimidating for kids. Adrian took the time to make sure my son felt safe and understood what was going on, and you could genuinely tell that he cares about the children he works with. His positive attitude, professionalism, and friendly personality made the entire experience so much better for both my son and me. He was patient, attentive, and treated my son with so much respect and kindness throughout the visit. It is not every day that you come across someone who is so naturally good at making kids feel comfortable, but Adrian was absolutely awesome. Long Beach Kids Dentistry is very lucky to have him on their team, and employees like Adrian are a huge reason families feel comfortable coming back. I truly appreciate how well he treated my son and would absolutely recommend Long Beach Kids Dentistry to other parents. We had an amazing experience! At first, my son was nervous coming in, but that quickly changed when he met the staff. They put both of us at ease and made the experience a lot more pleasant. Victoria the manager was so helpful and Dr. Wong was so kind and gentle with my son that he actually got treatment done. I definitely recommend this place.

We previously had a horrible experience at another dentist, but not here. This is a kid friendly place. Nathalie and Dr. Chow knew how to talk to both my kids and explained what they were doing and why.

We came in for my son’s biannual check up a couple weeks ago and Britney was amazing! She was super patient, attentive and kind to my son. She took the time to explain what she was doing during the cleaning and during the X-rays to him so he understood. It was greatly appreciated! We were so glad to have Dr. Chow again for the check up. She is very kind, takes the time to address any questions while providing helpful tips. We love Long Beach Kid’s Dentistry! If you are looking for a pediatric dentist for your little one, I highly recommend! :)

BEST KIDS Dentistry in the Long Beach area. Staff is always so nice, helpful, respectful, and welcoming. Dr. Chow is the sweetest and so calming. Shout out to Aldo who is just the best. He has such an amazing personality and very interactive with the kids which puts them at ease. He absolutely loves his job and it shows! He looks out for the best care for each of his patients and always, always keeps the parents informed and involved. We’ve been coming for about 5 years now and always look forward to his familiar face. … Thanks Aldo, always a pleasure! =) Also would like to point out that they are very accommodating. My middle child sees Dr. Shadi (who is also great) for her braces. They’ve taken her in last minute on 2 separate occasions when one of her brackets broke off (one of those times being a SUNDAY!) they also offer late hours for Orthodontics, which is amazing for working parents (gives us more options, which equals less stress).
