Recently, communication was a serious probler. On one occasion, my kid was scheduled for a dental extraction, and I was instructed not to feed him before the procedure. He went without food from morning until afternoon, but when we arrived, the doctor decided not to perform the extraction. naturally, medical decisions can change, but situations like this must have clear communication, especially when children and special needs are involved (autism spectrum). Today, I called the office, was told to wait, and then I heard clearly that the phone was simply picked up and hung up. That was very disappointing. I believe healthcare should be based not only on professional skill, but also on compassion, respect, and communication. This clinic has great potential and has provided good care before, but I hope they improve how they communicate with parents and patients. P.S. update 07/02/2026. I received a response that is claiming that their record doesn't show any information about the condition of my son (autism spectrum), but I have evidence that show otherwise (a photo my kids medical records they have on file). That actually completely nullify any of my positive experience with this clinic. I will seriously consider a possibility of a legal actions against that clinic.
Daughter had braces done here, 37 months. Her last back molars (2) did not completely come in and was told if wanted braces to remain on for those two molars would be an additional $1000.00. Had metal wire placed on back of upper front teeth instead of removable retainer, whenever they removed her power chains, she would get an immediate gap between her two front teeth, which they charged me another $350 for just that wire. They DO NOT follow HIPPA laws AT ALL. Gave out my daughter's whole treatment plan and costs/payments on two separate occasions to a family member and a acquaintance without my permission. The office manager, Julia, lied to my face regarding what appliances were used in my daughter's treatment plan on two separate occasions. My daughter was 100% compliant with all appointments and we did not miss a single one. Upon removing her braces, they did not even clean her teeth afterwards. She walked out with the mold substances all over her teeth, face and clothes. They requested I sign a document stating I was requesting removal of braces and would not hold them responsible if teeth shifted. I refused bc I wasn't requesting the removal of the braces, I just refused to pay an additional $1000 they wanted to wait for her molars to completely erupt and was concerned about her two front teeth and the immediate gap that always appeared when they didn't utilize power chains. We will see. I'm suppose to pickup her bottom retainer tomorrow. They removed her braces yesterday.I
was recommended by my dentist that i desperately need braces, even was denied an Invisalign case study because of how severe my teeth were, my dentist said my braces should be completely covered by dentical. came in for a consultation and they tried to get us to pay 6000 something dollars because my teeth weren't bad enough. my mouth is in constant pain from the positioning of my teeth constantly chewing up my tongue, cheek, and now my gums slightly too.
It was a wonderful experience, bringing our kid here. All his teeth were fixed up.
Thank you, Dr. Nashed and team, for taking such great care of my son Aaron. He was so calm throughout the entire dental visit, which says a lot about how comfortable and safe he felt in your care. I truly appreciate the way you all work with children — kind, patient, and professional. I highly recommend this office. Very Good with Kids!
I took my son in for a routine cleaning appointment, something we've never had any issues with before. Unfortunately, our experience at this office was deeply disappointing and upsetting. During the visit, the dental assistant insisted on removing one of his baby teeth that was already wiggly. While I understand that baby teeth naturally fall out, the way this was handled was completely inappropriate. My son became visibly uncomfortable and expressed that he didn’t feel okay with the situation. Instead of offering reassurance or speaking to him with compassion, the assistant responded rudely, telling him to "stop crying or the dentist won’t check you," and even said, "stop crying, there’s cameras." This was not only dismissive but entirely uncalled for. While I was trying to comfort and encourage my son, I was told to sit away from him, further escalating his distress. The assistant’s behavior was unprofessional and, in my opinion, entirely unfit for working with children. My son was left feeling anxious and traumatized by what should have been a routine, low-stress appointment. There were no cavities, no infection — there was absolutely no medical urgency that justified her behavior. We will not be returning to this office. I hope this review encourages the staff and management to reflect on how children should be treated in a dental setting — with patience, care, and respect
This is my second visit here for myself and my two children. My 11 year old received braces, and my 5 year old needed some work. Dr. Matt Nashed was super informative of what’s going in regards to his treatment I will be bringing my fiancé here and also will be working to correct my smile as well. I received more information than I’ve ever received. My dentist of 14 years never gave me this much information. I recommend you come here! They are also very gentle surprisingly my 5 year old wants to come back… They are confident about the work they provide here.
Dr. Nashed was so kind and professional. He answered all our questions and made our child feel so comfortable. It was his first time visiting the dentist. Any parent will know that makes the biggest difference in his future dental care! Our child keeps asking about when he can go back! The staff were incredible, the front office to the hygienists! Thank you all for your help!
