About Los Alamitos Dental Implants and Oral Surgery
Los Alamitos Dental Implants and Oral Surgery provides dental care on Los Alamitos Boulevard in Los Alamitos, California. Implants are considered by many dentists the most durable way to replace a missing tooth, since the titanium post fuses with the jaw bone over several months and then supports a crown that functions much like a natural tooth. Enough healthy bone is the main prerequisite, and a graft can build that up first if needed.
Routine attendance, roughly every six months for most people, is what actually keeps small problems small. A lot of decay and gum disease develops without any pain in its early stages, which is why regular checkups matter even when nothing seems to be wrong, rather than only booking an appointment once something hurts.
A first appointment at a new practice typically covers a full examination, a review of your dental and medical history, and a professional cleaning, with X-rays if you do not have recent ones. It is also a reasonable time to raise any longer-term concerns, cosmetic or otherwise, so they can be factored into a plan going forward.
Day-to-day oral health still comes down to the basics between visits — brushing twice daily with fluoride toothpaste, cleaning between the teeth, and limiting how often sugary food and drink appear through the day matters more than the total amount eaten at once. Regular professional care is what catches whatever those habits do not.
Digital X-rays are a routine part of dental care because they show what a visual exam alone cannot — decay forming between teeth, bone loss below the gumline, and how developing adult teeth are positioned in children. They use a low radiation dose and are taken on a schedule matched to individual risk rather than at every single visit. Very nice and honest dentist and team.
Dr. Noah and staff were amazing! Our girl is at home resting after getting her wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Noah. Thank you for taking care of her.
Doctor Youssuf is excellent. Got in and out timely. If I need additional work in the future, I will go see him. Sam B
Incredibly kind and patient doctors and staff. Everything about my consult appointment put me at ease about a surgery I’d been fearing and therefore postponing. The office vibe is very zen and peaceful, and the office is conveniently located just a few doors away from Mama’s on Los Alamitos Blvd!
Great!
I was experiencing a lot of anxiety when I arrived for my appt. but everyone at this office is so wonderful, my fears were calmed. Dr. Noah Koraym and the entire team are professional, very experienced, and understanding. As well, this outstanding Surgeon took my overall health into consideration. I have a son who is disabled and depends on me, so the thought of any procedure I must have does cause stress. However, I am thankful for Los Alamitos Dental Implants and Oral Surgery. They all took excellent care of me. No more worries. 10 STARS :)
I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Noah Koryan. He was so kind and understanding, and had all the patience in the world to explain exactly what I needed, making sure I understood everything before I left. Before seeing him, another dentist (Dr. Heena Ghandra) suggested an immediate implant, but Dr. Noah correctly identified that my gums needed to be healthy first. His focus on my overall health, rather than just financial gain, was truly refreshing. He and his staff were friendly, welcoming, and professional. I highly recommend them.
Highly recommend Dr. Noah for wisdom tooth removal. My 16 year old’s orthodontist recommended him, and I am so grateful he did. Dr. Noah is so knowledgeable, kind, and patient. Both my daughter and I felt completely comfortable having him perform the oral surgery. Excellent follow up by him, and she was feeling great and healing well within a week.
My dentist, Dr. Shanna Chirco, DDS, highly recommended Dr. Noah Koraym, DDS, for oral surgery of a fractured tooth. I went in for a consultation and I left feeling reassured that her recommendation was a very good fit for me. "Dr. Noah" listened, took his time examining my tooth and carefully explained the procedure to come. His office staff were also very friendly, pleasant, patient, and professional and able to work within my availability issues. The entire experience was very positive. While the tooth extraction is necessary, I feel comfortable with my choice of surgeon and support staff.
