I ENJOY GOING 2 LOWELL FAMILY DENTAL. I LAUGH WITH MY DR. GAMMAS AND TECH THAT CLEANS MY IMPLANTS. EVERYONE THAT WORKS THERE IS VERY FRIENDLY AND UNDERSTANDING. IV BEEN 2 OTHER DENTISTS BUT NEVER ENJOYED GOING. I REALLY DO HAVE A LAUGH HERE AT LOWELL FAMILY DENTAL 😄
Everyone is always so nice!
I had a new tech cleaning my teeth today. I was a little bit nervous as I have very sensitive gums and teeth. She was extremely gentle and the doctor was very pleasant. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I love them there.
I have a good experience with the employer they're very friendly, kind and patient, and the clinic is very clean...👍🏽
Great experience at Lowell Family Dental Practice! I had to bring my son with me to my appointment, and one of the staff members kindly helped by holding and comforting him when he was crying. She was so patient and caring. I’m very grateful for their kindness and excellent service. Highly recommend!
I have anxiety every time I go to the dentist, even if it's a cleaning. I've had 3 cleaning so far at Lowell Family Dental with 3 different hygienists. All 3 did an excellent job. The entire office, Drs, hygienists, front desk, etc all have a very calm and relaxed demeanor which eases a lot of my anxiety. My anxiety is still active while I'm there but they don't trigger it or make it worse, it actually diminishes during the cleaning and I leave feeling good.
I love this place and Dr. Bowen! I hated going to the dentist. Started coming here about 3 months ago and he made me feel very comfortable. Along with the assistants. Always painless and super fast!!
Today was my first time here as a new patient. To say this was a 5 star experience is an understatement. First I want to say I was recommended by a parent friend, Richard (Rick) Edge who raved about every aspect. This was the best recommendation I have gotten for any type of place in many years. The office is very clean with plenty of space, although I did not wait at all. The front desk staff was extremely polite and professional. I had such an amazing dental hygienist, one of the best cleanings I have ever gotten, maybe the best and I am 38 years old and have had some excellent hygienist in the past. She Could not have been more thorough and meticulous, while still being friendly and chatting when appropriate. I saw Dr. Bowen, whose credentials seem to match his expertise. He took the time to hear me out with my concerns and my plans for the near future, and gave me such a great plan, which my insurance all covers. Not only that, I will be getting this work done next Thursday, which is so quick and convenient. Dr. Bowen was extremely professional, It made me felt extremely comfortable with the next steps. I will not be leaving this Office anytime soon!! I could not recommend a better place! Shout out to Rick, thank you So much!
I have very mixed feelings about my visit. On one hand, they got me in for an appointment quickly. I arrived today and was asked if I had filled out the online forms, and wasn’t made aware of any when I booked the appointment. I was disappointed to find that the room wasn’t enclosed; I say this because I specifically mentioned having sensory issues. Thus, it was REALLY loud (even for someone without sensory issues). There was a lot of debate about who was going to take my x-rays. The first assistant was lovely. A second came to take over and basically shoved the instrument into my lout with force, to the point I actually gagged. I immediately said “no” and that I couldn’t continue because that was far too rough. She adjusted, but even then, it was a struggle because the instrument barely fit into my mouth. The dentist was nice enough. He asked permission before doing anything and explained things. That said, I saw him cross-contaminate a few things. When doing my flossing, he used the same part of the floss. I even got to my car after feeling something was amiss, and was able to floss more out from an area in between my back teeth. There is still some build up on my lower teeth that I can see even without a magnifying glass/head lamp. And I’m not surprised since he stood over me the entire time rather than sit down. That said, this could also be due to him erring on the side of caution since I struggle with scraping; though I did mention I would rather just have my teeth clean and get through it. He also wound up leaving the suction on the little bulb under my tongue and it’s extremely red and a bit angry at the moment. All in all, I’m not sure that I’ll be going back… and some of this experience is exactly why I hate going to the dentist, and why it’s likely going to take me quite a while to build up to going back again. And before any of you come at me, I had no cavities and just had minor build up by my permanent retainer. I was very explicit when making the appointment that I had sensory issues. In no way is this a sensory friendly environment, and I can very much see many others feeling overstimulated. It was both a loud and chaotic environment.
I absolutely adore and love this dentist office!! I’ve only been coming here since last year but I’ve already felt very comfortable and at ease getting my dental work done here as well. The office is lovely and welcoming. The staff is wonderful and informative as well as very professional and knowledgeable. I definitely would recommend them 10/10!!!
Let me start by saying I was skeptical about a dentist for my son because he’s autistic. I decided to pick Lowell Family Dental Practice was because I’ve read a lot of good reviews! And thank god I did because my son loves it each time he goes there because the staff are absolutely friendly, patient and nice to him . Thank you for all you do and happy holidays to everyone there !
