This is the best dentist I have ever been to. The staff are really kind and welcoming, I always feel so well looked after by Ertan and the entire team. Dental visits can be stressful, but I always leave feeling calm and genuinely well looked after. I can’t recommend them enough!

You did an amazing job of creating this plate, it looks so natural and has added a whole new look. I am very happy, thank you. Dr Ertan is very experienced, knowledgeable and fast. He explained the state of my tooth, what needed to be done, the cost and most importantly he tried to save the tooth. He’s patient and made me felt comfortable knowing that I’m in good hands. I have had a few treatments done by Dr Ertan and really glad I have finally found a good dentist!
My dental experience here was lovely, Shelly the receptionist was welcoming and my appointment with Haris was great. He was very supportive, reassuring and very kind. My dental treatment was completed efficiently and the filling looked great. Highly recommend this dentist practice. I also was recently supported by Rana who helped me with creating the perfect mould and plate to perfect my smile. I'm so happy with the final outcome of the work being done. I can smile with confidence now.
I have had a good experience with Lumino New Lynn so far. Ertan was quick, efficient and considerate when removing my top teeth and I consider Rana an excellent denture technician. At first I was struggling with the process but as time goes by I am becoming more and more accepting and comfortable with something that is essentially a big deal personally. Thanks to the TEAM that make it work there.
