I don’t usually write reviews, but I wanted to share my experience with Lux Smiles. I came in for a consultation about my veneers, which had been done abroad just recently and were already starting to show some changes. Dr. Prompton was extremely thorough and knowledgeable. He spent over 40 minutes carefully going over my situation, answering all of my questions, and giving me very detailed recommendations about my options. I really appreciated how kind and professional he was. I never felt pressured or rushed into making a decision, which made the consultation very comfortable. His mother was also very welcoming and friendly. You can really tell it’s a family business, and they genuinely care about their patients. I had a great experience and will definitely be coming back to Lux Smiles for my future dental needs!

I hadn’t been to a dentist in years because I had come to fear dental work after having four adult teeth extracted when I was a kid due to having a small mouth. I chose Lux Smiles because I heard the staff were nice and did good work. I went for x-rays and a cleaning first and then to get some cavities filled. During both visits, I was welcomed warmly and treated with respect. I was surprised by how little pain I experienced and I felt confident the whole time that I was being taken care of. I no longer really feel that fear associated with dental work and plan to continue going to this dental practice for cleanings and any other work I need to have done. I highly recommend Lux Smiles, especially if you have anxiety related to dental work like I used to have.
