Luzan Dental Center has been part of our family’s life for years, and I can’t recommend them enough. From Keith at the reception and other two guys who is always welcoming, kind, and helpful...to Dr. Jeramie, who has been our trusted family dentist from the very beginning. She has taken care of me and my husband, then my first son who is now 7, my second who is 4, and even my youngest who is just 11 months old. Dr. Jeramie is incredibly patient, gentle, and amazing with kids. You can truly feel that she cares, not just as a dentist but as someone who values long-term relationships with his patients. We are grateful for Luzan's consistent genuine care.

I highly recommend Luzan Dental Center, especially Dr. Jeramie Umali. She is one of the most sincere and best dentists in the UAE. She doesn’t just treat my child as a patient, she handles him with genuine care, concern, and sincerity. From the very beginning, she clearly explained everything from the cause of the problem to the best possible solution. What I truly appreciate is how she asks us to keep in touch and update her about my child’s progress. That kind of dedication is rare. She was the very first dentist who handled my child. Due to distance and our hectic schedule, we tried visiting other dentists before, but unfortunately, we were never satisfied. That’s why we decided to go back to her, and we’re so thankful we did. Thanks to her, my child’s tooth condition is getting better. Dr. Jeramie is very friendly and approachable. You can ask her anything, and she will patiently explain everything and make sure you fully understand. Dr. Jeramie is an excellent dentist who shows genuine empathy and care toward her patients. She is very kind, gentle, and makes sure everything is clearly explained, which truly helps put patients at ease. I am also very grateful to Keith at the reception—she is very accommodating, welcoming, and explains everything well. The nurse Roxan who assisted Dr. Jeramie was also very professional, supportive, and attentive throughout the visit. Overall, the entire team provided outstanding care and made the experience very comfortable.

Do not go here!! You will lose your money and will have to pay all over again for a more competent dentist to fix their mess. I paid a lot of money only to end up in more pain . Extremely disappointed with the service and the work done here. I went in for restorations (overlays) on my upper molars because they were worn down. Since the procedure, I have been in increasing jaw pain. The dentist used a 'stronger' material but left them way too high. Even though I explicitly told her they felt high, she insisted they were fine and sent me home. I trusted her as a professional, but now I cannot even close my mouth properly because the bite is completely off. Furthermore, the occlusal guard they made was a disaster; it was impossible to close my mouth with it on. When I tried to resolve this, the doctor who seemed to be the boss was incredibly rude and annoyed, trying to justify his team's poor work instead of fixing it. They reluctantly gave me a soft guard that is useless.
