PREVENTION The Lyndhurst Dental Practice - Best Dental Clinic in Chester is dedicated to helping our patients prevent dental deterioration. Whilst the main responsibility for dental care lies with the patient, we approach this together. Our experienced team of specialists and hygienists are integral to this approach, advising and encouraging our patients to maintain healthy mouths on a daily basis. MINIMALLY INVASIVE DENTISTRY Our aim is for our patients to keep their teeth for life. Minimally invasive dentistry is the practice of using materials and techniques (particularly techniques using bonded materials) to ensure that we are as kind to teeth as possible, saving as much tooth tissue as possible to achieve the desired result. Although the expression ‘Minimally Invasive Dentistry’ is relatively recent, this is an approach that we have used at Lyndhurst since the practice was established by Fred Porter in 1975! We are now open for routine care, operating a reduced service at the moment. All appointments made before 1st June are now void. You will be contacted in due course to reschedule. You may need to leave a message for one of us to return your call. In each of the surgeries we shall have an Ajax extra-oral suction system. These are incredibly effective at both reducing the aerosol created by some dental procedures and cleaning the air in the whole surgery environment – please view the video for more information. We have an extremely caring approach, providing as many dental services as possible in house for patients of all ages.
