Mac Smiles is a great dental practice. Dr. Campbell always explains things well and takes the time to listen. When I've had work done, it has been a smooth experience. They have state of the art equipment and can make your crown while you wait. I always have Beth clean my teeth and she is a real star.
Office staff and scheduling went well, but I had 2 fillings done and they still hurt a week later. I called and they said that’s normal, to give it more time. A couple of months later it was still causing a lot of pain (same 2 teeth) so I went in. Dr Campbell checked it out and realized the fillings weren’t done completely, so he redid it. Well it’s been 8 months and I found a new dentist who gave me an xray and found not only an air pocket in the 2nd filling done by Dr Campbell, but there was still a cavity beneath the air pocket. He didn’t fully remove the cavity before filling it! Was not impressed and Mac Smiles kept brushing me off as if it would heal itself..
Love the whole thing. Person at reception desk nice. Doctor friendly well trained, does excellent work, make u feel comfortable explained well,and has a great smile and personality. Put at ease that I am in good hands.
The staff at Mac Smiles is 5 star great. Dr. Campbell does a great job of explaining exactly what is going on, what the problem is, and how he intends to make corrections. His tech support are wonderful and know exactly what to do and how to do it. They are very friendly and very well trained. My hygenist is efficient, friendly and competent. She gets the job done. She is very careful not to cause any pain. The front office folks are helpful and friendly. One always gets a friendly greeting at the door. The entire group act as a well oiled machine, all working together. No parts are missing. If you need a dentist for any reason, go no further. Stop at Mac Smiles. You can't go wrong.
