I have recently just found this amazing dental Clinic, the staff out front are professional, helpful and make you feel so welcome. The hygienist I saw, Chau was absolutely amazing. She was extremely knowledgeable, kind and caring. That is huge to a dental patient who has had bad past experiences with dentists. I am so happy to have found Dr. Gill and her assistant. They do excellent work and I am so happy with the results. I appreciate the time they took to listen to my concerns and I admire their integrity. And now she says she’s found the best hygienist ever, Cho, who she always looks forward to seeing. Something rare to find these days. I've been coming here for years. It's been so long I don't remember when I started. They're very cognizant of pricing. Lovely place, nice people, excellent service and hygienists. However; recommend a degree of caution concerning the dental staff - specifically concerning overly aggressive intervention philosophy. On my first visit it was indicated to me that I’d require a large number of fillings. I sought a second opinion from another practice, which reduced the total number of required fillings by two thirds. Had I proceeded with MacLeod Trail Dental, I’d have to assume the cost of maintaining the unnecessary fillings in perpetuity. I’m glad I took the time to seek out a second opinion elsewhere.
From the moment I walked in, the reception team greeted me with warm smiles and made the check-in process quick and seamless. Shyla’s gentle approach and calming energy immediately put me at ease during my cleaning, which made a world of difference. Dr. Silver was incredibly thorough during my exam and took the time to share helpful information in a way that was easy to understand.
