My husband and I have been going to Madison Dental Group for over 40 years. We've been with them through four dentists that have retired, from Dr. Ezra Kulko through to Dr. Arthur Press. And each has been wonderful. Dr. James Kleinfelder is our dentist now, and we enjoy the same easy going, friendly relationship with this fine provider. The office staff, hygienists and dental assistants all add up to making a visit to Madison Dental Group a pleasantly rewarding experience.
I’ve been a patient of Madison Dental Group for over 41 years. First with Dr. Shaler, then Dr. Press, and now with the delightful Dr. Kleinfelder. And never have my teeth been cleaned so thoroughly as by Tiffany, also a lovely person. Dr. Kleinfelder, his assistant Ebony, and tooth-cleaner Tiffany are engaged, competent, thorough, super professional, and kind. I hope to continue seeing them for the next 41 years! 😊

I had an emergency on June 15th and got an appt to see my dentist (Dr. Levine) the following morning. As usual, he saved the day with his skill, empathy, and efficiency. Which is why I've been a patient at MDG for over 20 years.
I want to both thank and fully recommend James Kleinfelder DDS for my beautiful veneers! Trust me when I say it is the absolute most wonderful decision I made. It can be expensive. Sort the reviews and beware that you may be at risk of the practice failing to let you know your dentist has gone out of network PRIOR to your appointment. I really like the dentists and hygienists and am very sad to report this similar experience as others. After my last appointment I was told I needed to pay because my doctor was now out of network. I said I was not notified. They said oh don’t worry you’ll be reimbursed by insurance. Of course I was not fully reimbursed. I spoke with them afterwards and was told (1) they notified me (clearly they did not) (2) it was the insurance company’s responsibility to let me know (seriously? Insurance company laughed at this) (3) no one told me I’d be fully reimbursed (yes they did). I hope they get this in order because clearly I’m not the only one who has had this unfortunate issue. It should be pretty simple to inform patients they of insurance network changes.
