About Magnolia Dental

Magnolia Dental is located at 3801 South Hurstbourne Parkway in Louisville, Kentucky — a general dental practice on the South Hurstbourne Parkway commercial corridor of east Louisville, Jefferson County ZIP 40299. South Hurstbourne Parkway is one of east Louisville's primary commercial streets, running south from the Hurstbourne Lane and Shelbyville Road commercial hub through the Jeffersontown commercial zone toward the Gene Snyder Freeway (I-265). The 3801 address in ZIP 40299 places Magnolia Dental in the east Louisville commercial corridor that includes Kemper DMD at 9610 Taylorsville Road in the same ZIP code — both practices serving the professional and residential patient base of Louisville's Jeffersontown and east-end ZIP 40299 communities. "Magnolia" is an evocative botanical practice name common in southern dental practices, invoking the magnolia tree — a flowering tree with deep cultural associations in the American South's landscape and a visual identity of white, fragrant blossoms that can be associated with health, beauty, and freshness. ZIP 40299's Jeffersontown demographic includes the industrial and technology park workforce at the Bluegrass Industrial Park, the professional residential communities of the Hurstbourne and Jeffersontown zones, and the suburban families of Louisville's far east end.

Magnolia Dental provides general dental care for adults and families in the South Hurstbourne, Jeffersontown, and east Louisville communities of ZIP 40299. Core services include comprehensive oral examinations, professional dental cleanings, dental radiographs, and restorative procedures — tooth-colored fillings and crown restorations — for patients in the professional and residential corridor of South Hurstbourne Parkway. The botanical "Magnolia" practice identity creates a calm, welcoming clinical brand that appeals to patients who respond to nature-forward aesthetic framing in their healthcare provider selection. South Hurstbourne's commercial spine serves both the residential communities of east Louisville and the commercial and industrial workforce concentrated in the Jeffersontown zone, providing a broadly accessible general practice location in Louisville Metro's fastest-growing east-end commercial corridor.

South Hurstbourne Parkway's east Louisville position provides excellent accessibility from the Gene Snyder Freeway (I-265) at the Hurstbourne exits, from Shelbyville Road's east-west commercial corridor, and from the Outer Loop and I-64 interchanges serving Jefferson County's east and southeast residential communities. Louisville Metro's full dental specialist network is accessible from ZIP 40299 via the Jefferson County highway system.

This is my 2nd time at Magnolia Dental, and they have been so great each time! Very professional, supportive and friendly! Going to the dentist is often a scary thing, especially when you’ve had a bad experience with previous Dentist like I've had. Magnolia Dental thankfully has been amazing and I look forward to more awesome experiences with Dr. Taylor and his wonderful team!!!

STAY AWAY! AVOID THIS BUSINESS! DO NOT GO HERE!! This is the most unprofessional dentist office I have ever been to! I scheduled an appointment here for my kids and received a text saying that they were canceling my appointment bc I didn’t confirm by text (even though I scheduled over the phone). Mind you, they did this within 24 hrs of my appointment that I was still going to. When I called the receptionist so was extremely rude when I asked why my appointment was being canceled and because of her attitude, I said, “Why are you being so rude? If I had known you all were going to be like this I would have cancelled a long time ago.” She then said “ok” and just hung up. I then got a bill for $150 for canceling within 24hrs (Even though I didn’t cancel!). STAY AWAY! AVOID THIS BUSINESS!

I had to have some old crowns replaced and I am a new patient . We just moved from another city. I was very impressed with Dr. Taylor’s expertise and that he explained each step before it happened. He and his assistants made sure I was comfortable. I have seen him 3 times and know I have found a great dentist!

I have been going to this office for about 3 years now. I needed ALOT of work done after dealing with other dentists that did not truly care for my teeth. Everyone in the office has been so great and helpful, from the front desk to the back office. They didn’t make me feel like just a number. They answered my many questions and showed empathy to me during some vulnerable and emotional times. Dr. Crowl is so kind and gentle and comforting. I finally have all my dental needs met and have never had any issue after. They gave me back my peace of mind and confidence in my oral health and I couldn’t be more thankful for such a great team. 100% recommend this office!

Highly recommend. They have great hours so a lot of the time I don’t have to request off work to get in and seen! I have always had dental anxiety/fear and just been generally embarrassed by my teeth. The Magnolia staff made me feel welcomed and cared for. They are truly committed to helping you. I have already noticed a huge difference after my cleaning. The hygienist was gentle and it was the best cleaning experience i’ve ever had at a dentist.
