I called to make an appointment as a new client, and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. Debora’s customer service was not welcoming at all she came across as dismissive and uninterested in helping. As someone reaching out for the first time, I expected at least a basic level of courtesy and professionalism, but that wasn’t the case. It really put me off from moving forward with booking. First impressions matter, and this one was not a good one.

Yesterday 12/01/2021 was my second visit to Dr Morales . This visit I had my teeth cleaned, Gabby the dental hygienist was wonderful. She was thorough, meticulous, it was one of those WOW experiences. My teeth and gums felt cleaned, I was amazed at all she did to ensure my teeth were in good health. She indicated a concern that Dr Morales followed up on and assured all was well. From Debra the office manager, Gabby the dental hygienist, all the staff, and Dr Maira, all are polite, friendly, definitely professional, and caring. It was a wonderful experience. If you look at the 5 stars reviews you will notice that they are all FAKE! Reviews are from profiles that only have 1 review which means they created new accounts only to leave the reviews, most of them posted on the same date. They do it to cover the real ones like this one. Unfortunately I did two rooth canals and two crowns with them. One broke within a year, After visiting other dentists they told me it was not done right and that on the other one They left open spaces on the sides of the tooth which can lead to infection and I had to re pay for another crown within one year!!. They will do anything to take your money. Picture below shows both crowns. the one I just re did is the one in the bottom. Now I have to replace the one in the top as well ,See the differences.
