Dr Maleks office was great!! My son has autism and anxiety. Staff and Dr Malek were great with him and very patient. Was affordable without insurance. Definitely recommend them.

Incredible experience! I had to get a lower gum graft before I could get braces, and the team here took amazing care of me. They made a stressful procedure feel super easy and straightforward. The graft integrated beautifully and looks so healthy. I just got the official green light for my braces and couldn't be happier with the results. 10/10 recommend this office for any dental surgery needs!

I had extreme recession on my front tooth and had to get a gum graft done at Malek Periodontics. The entire process went smoothly, all members of the staff were kind and knowledgeable, and the results were better than I could’ve imagined. So grateful for everyone at Malek Periodontics!

Avoid at all costs. I strongly DO NOT recommend Malek Periodontics or Dr. Tannaz Malekzadeh. I had a very difficult and traumatic experience, and I strongly caution anyone considering going there. I trusted my dentist’s referral and truly regret not reading the negative reviews beforehand. I went in for a dental implant, and based on imaging and clinical evaluation, it should have been clear whether the tooth could be fully extracted. Instead, after nearly two hours of surgery, the extraction was not completed TWO ROOTS were left inside my jaw. I was stitched up and told to return in 10 days to “try again.” Completely unacceptable. Before leaving, I asked if the roots would be removable at that time. The doctor didn’t even come speak to me—she answered from down the hallway through an assistant, saying there was “no concern.” That level of detachment says everything about how patients are treated. It got worse after I left. I was still actively bleeding. When I checked my mouth, I saw that the gum around a nearby tooth had been cut open, the root exposed, and the bleeding would not stop. I was in shock, crying in my car, completely traumatized. Within hours, my husband found an oral surgeon, who properly addressed the situation and fixed everything she failed to do. I had to undergo another surgery under general anesthesia to complete the extraction and repair the damage at roughly half the cost. What’s even more concerning is that there was no follow-up, no concern, nothing. The only time she called was after my husband demanded a full refund. At that point, she acted like she didn’t even know what had happened and asked why I didn’t come back to her—unbelievable. A responsible doctor would have recognized the limits of the case and referred appropriately from the beginning, not attempt a procedure they couldn’t complete. This was one of the most painful, stressful, and poorly managed dental experiences I’ve ever had. I felt rushed, dismissed, and completely uncared for as a patient.

Dr Malek is a very caring doctor and spends time explaining what needs to be done and why; then does an excellent job and with very little discomfort Her staff is also very pleasant and helpful; spending a great deal of time explaining and answering questions concerning post operative things to do and not to do. I strongly recommend Malek Periodonics.

From the moment I first visited the office, I was impressed by the exceptional team. Their communication, and outstanding customer service. Dr. Malek herself is a rare pearl in a vast sea. She is remarkable when it comes to bone grafts, gum grafts, and dental implants. I previously had a dental implant done by another provider that did not turn out well, and the experience was extremely traumatizing. Naturally, the idea of redoing the implant made me very nervous. However, Dr. Malek’s skill made all the difference. My recovery after her procedures was minimal—typically just one to two days of mild soreness without bruising. After a 48-hour rest period, I was even able to speak with minimal pain. I love how she talks through each step of the procedure, which helped ease my anxiety and eliminated the fear of unexpected instruments or sounds. Dr. Malek is exceptionally patient, especially during surgical procedures. She is honest, transparent, and straightforward—qualities that are invaluable in a healthcare professional. Her dedication extends beyond the office as well; her postoperative follow-ups are something many dentists simply do not do. She has reached out even after business hours to ensure I was healing properly and to answer any questions I had. I sincerely appreciate the care, skill, and effort Dr. Malek has put into restoring my oral health and correcting previous complications. I won’t ever see another dentist in regards surgically or cosmetic procedures. I would also like to highlight Dr. Malek’s assistant, Vanessa, who has been incredible throughout all of my procedures. Before my first surgery, I shared that I struggle with severe dental anxiety, and she immediately offered comfort—even giving me two tooth-shaped stress balls to help me stay calm. Vanessa consistently greeted me with warmth, reassured me during multiple surgeries, and ensured I felt safe and comfortable at every step. This dental office has truly made an extraordinary difference, and I am deeply grateful for Dr Malek and her team.

Dr. Malek is such a wonderful doctor. I had a terrible receiving gum line and she did the surgery for me. I was afraid it was going to be painful and the recovery would be long, but it was not. She is such a professional and her entire Office staff is terrific. She communicated candidly from the beginning what was going to take place and she was completely correct. I would recommend her to anyone!

Would definitely recommend Dr. Malek to anyone needing her services. My dentist sent me to her office for an implant. Her entire staff is helpful, friendly, and efficient. Dr. Malek was very clear about the process and she has a calm, confident approach. Everything went exactly as she explained. She is a great listener as well. I didn’t realize the time involved and I had a trip to Europe planned. Dr. Malek created a timeline that amazingly completed the work with days to spare. Everything about my experience was excellent!
