My family and I have been going to this practice for years. The staff is always so welcoming and lovely! Gina is amazing!! I can’t recommend Mallard Creek Family Dentistry enough!

An excellent dental experience at Mallard Creek Family Dentistry. Every aspect of my experience was really great. Wende at the front was super helpful getting me set up with my insurance and all of the paperwork for being a new patient. Amy cleaned my teeth and was such a professional. Checked in on me to make sure everything was good, very transparent on what was happening, couldn't ask for it to be easier. Dr. Rankin is super friendly and knowledgeable. Went over current condition and different options for adjustments. Super gentle and transparent. Patti at the front desk saw me out and was so nice and a pleasure to speak with. She did some backend work with my insurance to uncover some uncertainty I had with number of visits per year, etc. Truly a wonderful experience. Highly recommended. Thank you all for everything!

This place will try to scam you like crazy . I was new to the area and saw all the great reviews so I thought I would give them a shot . Big mistake . I regularly go to the dentist for cleanings and checkup around every 6 months and I have not had a cavity in a decade . This place tried telling me I had 3 cavities and that I grind my teeth at night, trying to sell me a mouth guard. I told them the erosion on my back teeth was due to an ED I use to struggle with. They still kept saying “well how do you know that you don’t grind them at night since you’re asleep?” Ummm I don’t know , maybe because my jaw doesn’t hurt when I wake up in the morning ?! They also tried to sell me an overpriced Colgate toothpaste (that I supposedly could only get from them) saying that I needed to use it every night . Here’s the kicker : I went to a different dentist about a week later and guess what ? NO CAVITIES ! Go anywhere but hear unless you want to be scammed out of a couple grand .

It’s a scam. I was a new patient and was told my insurance will cover the majority of the services done during my first appointment. I confirmed with them multiple times about the costs then got charged over $400 for this appointment and they said “your insurance doesn’t pay for a lot.”

From the front desk, the dental assistant and the dentist nothing but excellence and professionalism. My consistent dental care came late in life due to an earlier traumatic dental procedure. The dentist was honest and started me with a plan I understand. I felt compassion not like I was just another patient. I’m confident that I finally have a dentist.

Amy is always such a great experience when it's time for my cleaning appointment 😀 she's always pleasant to talk to and she's very professional. I hope she stays at Mallard Creek Family Dentistry until she retires!

Amazing first visit today at Mallard Creek Dentistry! Gina and Dr. Rankin were absolutely wonderful - they conducted an incredibly thorough examination, took X-rays, and provided an excellent cleaning. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new dental office that truly cares about their patients!

Just had an excellent second visit at this office. Really wonderful people at this practice! From the front desk staff, to the office manager (Suzi), to the Dentist I saw (Dr. Rankin) & her hygienist Gina & assistant Suzette - every encounter with each staff member was just amazing. You’re treated like family, yet the professionalism is unmatched. I’ve had my fair share of dental work in the past (and across multiple states), and this is by far the best dental office I’ve ever visited. Today was my second visit for two involved procedures, and once again Dr. Rankin handled everything with care & grace. What I also loved is the education that comes with their service! Everything is so well explained, and you can tell these workers truly want what is best for YOU. Needless to say, in today’s world that is rare! If I could give 10 Stars, I would! - 5 stars for sure, nothing less!

Dr Rankin literally make me calm and happy to see my dentist. She and her assistants are amazing. I’ve been only twice but already feel like family. I got two cavities filled and a crown put on in one day and she even called me the next day to check in on me. 10/10 service. 10/10 knowledge. 10/10 energy. Please give them your business
