I am very happy with my experience at Malmin. A damaged tooth was fixed on the same day, at a reasonable cost and I am delighted with the result.

Had an urgent crown repair. Chris saw me on the same day and did a fantastic job. Professional, kind and informed me clearly of options. The nurse was excellent too (sorry I didn’t get your name). Leanne on reception was also awesome. Thank you. Paul. I always receive kind, considerate and highly professional treatment from dentist Beatriz Casares and hygienist Rachael Harvatt. Update 28/10/25. Checkup and clean. Kind, courteous and professional as always! Update 6/09/23. Had some dental work done at short notice (between check-ups). Carol on reception is always friendly and very helpful. Beatriz and the dental nurse (sorry didn’t get her name) were kind, super-professional and did a great job. Thank you!

Excellent clinic with a professional and caring team. I started my treatment with Dr. Esra, who was kind and supportive. My last appointment was with Dr. Rachael, who was attentive to every detail and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. My daughter got her braces done at Malmin dental and honestly the whole experience was amazing. The staff were so lovely, welcoming and patient throughout every appointment. They explained everything clearly to my daughter and made both of us feel so comfortable. The results turned out perfect and my daughter is in love. couldn’t recommend enough such a professional and friendly team.

Just finished my daughter's braces journey with Malmin, and we're extremely satisfied with the results. The staff were professional and polite and the treatment outcome was excellent. The only thing I wish we had known earlier was that composite bonding can be done elsewhere immediately after the braces are removed, before returning for retainer scans. While Malmin does offer composite bonding, it requires a separate consultation fee and is comparatively more expensive than some other options available. Having this information upfront and CLEARER would have helped us make a more informed decision. Overall, we're very happy with the care and final result and would recommend Malmin for orthodontic treatment.

I have been a patient at Malmin Dental for several years and can honestly say that Beatriz Casares is the best dentist I have ever had! From the moment you sit in her chair, there is a sense of calm that immediately puts you at ease. She is exceptionally knowledgeable and skilled, but I feel what really sets her apart is the time and care she gives for each and every appointment. No concern ever feels too small, and she listens with genuine empathy and attention, which I feel is rare these days. Also I have never once felt rushed. Most recently, I chipped a tooth and expected to be told that I’d need a veneer. Instead, Beatriz recommended a more conservative approach of composite repair because the damage was relatively small and preserving the long term health of my natural teeth was her priority. That alone speaks volumes about her integrity and professionalism which I highly admire. The result was absolutely extraordinary. The craftsmanship was so precise and natural that I genuinely cannot tell where the chip was! It feels less like dentistry and more like artistry! I have moved away from the city centre for some time now and yet, I still make the journey back to Malmin because I simply would not trust anyone else with my dental care. I cannot recommend Beatriz highly enough!
