Congratulations to the Malo Smile USA team! Every time we visit, they provide excellent service, from the reception staff to the outstanding consultations with Dr. Nilima and her assistant Diana, who also provides very good translation. ✅✅✅

⭐️⭐️ I’m very disappointed with my experience at this dental office. My regular dentist referred me here because they specialize in cosmetic dentistry. I went for my first consultation, and the doctor performed a cleaning and discussed the treatment I would potentially need. I was then told that the office would process everything through my insurance and determine how much I would have to pay out of pocket. Unfortunately, I have been trying to get an update for almost two months. Every time I call the number listed on their website, I’m told that they will send a message to the department responsible and that someone will call me back. I never receive a call. This past Wednesday, I called again and was told the exact same thing — that a message would be left for someone at the office to contact me. As of today, I still have not received a response. I understand that insurance verification can take some time, but two months without a follow-up is unacceptable, especially when I have repeatedly called and left messages. I was interested in moving forward with my treatment, but the lack of communication and follow-up has been extremely frustrating. I hope the office improves its communication with patients and follows up when they say they will.

i have nothing but wonderful things to say about this practice .. i trust them all completely .. kind knowledgeable, professional and responsive ..I live in NYC and yet i choose to travel here ..the hygienist is wonderful and Janet Alvarez the office manager and i think special assistant to Dr Iyer is always so helpful with everything!

I like to first commend the staff on always being on time, ready and prepared for appointments. The staff, doctors and all those that assist are very professional. When I leave the office, doctor Shaw, always make sure that I'm happy with her work and I'm leaving with a SMILE.

Amazing experience. From the moment I walked in everyone was welcoming and pleasant. I had all 4 wisdom teeth removed and was quite nervous. Dr. Iyer and his staff were attentive, professional, and answered all my questions and put my mind at ease. So far, I have not felt any pain, swelling, or bruising.

This office was fantastic! From the receptionist, Jasmine to my patient coordinator, Diana, to Dr. Sarvotam. The team was amazing. They took great care of me. I felt comfortable. My x-rays were done with ease and my cleaning was painless. Thank you for superior customer care. I’d give 10 stars if possible.

Barbra did a great job cleaning my teeth!! And enough can’t be said about Dr. Preeti and Dr. Iyer, they both re constructed my entire mouth and brought back my smile. Something I never thought I would ever be able to actually make happen, they made a reality and was super accommodating the entire process. In 34 years I’ve always avoided the dentist and is why I was in the position I was in. Now I look forward to my appointments!!! Def recommend to anyone who needs any type of dental work done small or big!! Janet was also the best and made scheduling everything a breeze and was always available anytime I had any questions.
