The worst experience I've ever had with a doctor in an office was with this doctor at the clinic. He's an arrogant man who doesn't know how to deal with someone who owes him one or two months of treatment. So, if you have Medicaid and you're with them, make sure they don't take it away. And if you're going to pay out of pocket, like I did, make sure you don't miss a single payment because they charge you for everything, even things they don't do for the patients. And in the end, if you owe one or two months, they take away the patient's equipment, and if you decide to stop, they just get angry, treat you badly, kick you out, and if you don't leave immediately, Dr. Mann even threatens to call the police... Wow, excellent place, right? I've never experienced such humiliation with such an arrogant man, so disrespectful and unprofessional. I repeat, as long as you have Medicaid, you'll see wonders with them, as long as you don't fall behind on your payments, the treatment will be great. Otherwise, they'll give you a ride. I'm not giving them ZERO STARS BECAUSE THERE ARE NO ONES.

They explained every step of the treatment clearly and always took the time to answer my questions. The office is clean, organized, and appointments were always quick and efficient. 5 stars all the way! I’m about 14 months into my treatment, and Dr. G has been amazing. She’s not only very knowledgeable and professional, but also genuinely caring. You can tell she really takes pride in her work and her patients. Every visit feels comfortable, and her thoughtful, heartfelt approach makes a big difference. I’m really glad I chose this office!

The orthodontist took the time to clearly explain my treatment plan and answered all my questions, making me feel comfortable and confident in the process. We absolutely love the level of care and fun that the team here at Mann Orthodontics gives to not only my daughter who is the patient, but to my whole crew. I'm a single momma of 5 now and they lovingly welcome us in, take care of her needs, and send us all home smiling knowing that nowhere else would be this good. Hailey was apprehensive about her braces at first, but with the comfort provided here and the way they double and triple check things, my daughter has been able to walk in confidence wearing her braces now. She absolutely loves them! And I love that she has a high self esteem now. Thank you Mann Orthodontics!

The team at Mann Orthodontics is awesome!!! I have been taking my son since the beginning of 2024 and even though he did not need treatment right away they kept seeing him every 6 months until he was ready to start. All of the front desk girls are extremely helpful and the assistants very skilled. Our doctor does really takes the time to speak to us every appointment we have and, the finance girl is really friendly and explains everything clearly. Everybody is kind and professional. We are very happy that we chose this practice. THANKS FOR EVERYTHING!!!!
Dr. Gonzalez and her staff was really professional and helpful in treatment of my son braces. I did have a couple of minor issues but was resolved in a timely fashion. Staff was patient and friendly and would recommend.
