I’ve been going to MG Family Dental for many years, and have had great experiences between the administrative staff and hygienists. Started seeing Dr Chang-he’s very professional, explains things very thoroughly, and the work he does is exceptional. They’re the best in the universe!!
I went to Maple Grove Family Dental because I hadn’t been to them in 4 years after I started treatment for multiple myeloma with amyloidosis AL (my oncologist gave me 6 months to a year to survive so I didn’t see much point) after a year of treatment and having my oncologist and the Mayo team cooperate in a different treatment plan using a drug that had just been approved by the FDA, my anticipated life span has improved. It’s mostly an unknown for life span because the combination on multiple myeloma with amyloidosis is not uncommon the AL version of amyloid is because it’s the most terminal version. I still take 33 to 38 different medications every day but it beats the alternative All of those drugs add to issues at the dental office to avoid complications. The hygienist and dentist at Maple Grove Family Dental were mostly familiar with what diseases I have, the drugs I take and the possible complications that are possible from surgery especially as one of my drugs involves an infusion that could lead to possible necrosis of the jaw. I greatly appreciate the advice/support they provided and will continue to rely on their expertise in dealing with, what in my case is an admittedly complicated treatment process.
Professional and efficient. Carla/whole front desk staff and all the hygienists/assistants are just flat out terrific. They have taken such good care of me and my teeth... if I have an emergency, they always find a time to squeeze me in. Dr. Francke is efficient and knowledgeable but she's personable too and remembers things about me & my family that makes me feel comfortable and like a whole human not just a set of chompers 😁 the hygienists we've had are always very patient and kind, thorough but gentle. The front desk and billing staff have been helpful and communicate clearly.
I've come to expect excellent service and I always receive it. I've been a patient at Maple Grove Family Dental for 34 years and have never had a bad experience. Sarah and Dr. Franke are knowledgeable and have help improve my oral health. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
