Mariani Orthodontics

I rarely write reviews, but this practice has truly earned one. My family has been patients here for many years. They first treated my daughter, then me, then my son, and now both my son and I are back as patients. Throughout all of our experiences, we have received exceptional care. Dr. Mariani and the entire team have been wonderful. I especially want to recognize Christina, the office manager, for her kindness, understanding, and support. During a difficult time in my personal life, Christina and Dr. Mariani were incredibly compassionate and flexible, and their willingness to work with me meant more than they probably realize. Beyond the excellent orthodontic care, what stands out most is how much they genuinely care about their patients and families. I also drive about an hour each way for appointments, and I continue to do so because the quality of care and the people at this practice make it completely worth the trip. Thank you, Dr. Mariani, Christina, and the entire team for taking such great care of my family over the years. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for exceptional orthodontic care with a truly caring team.

Mariani Orthodontics is the best orthodontist for all. They are extremely thorough and professional. The facility is super clean, and the staff is extremely helpful. Dr. Mariani aside from being professional is very funny. The atmosphere in the office is very welcoming.

Dr. Richard Mariani is absolutely the sweetest man. I highly recommend him and his staff for orthodontic care. I was referred to Dr. Mariani by my dentist Dr. Sirri who informed me that Dr. Mariani worked with children and adults. Dr. Mariani worked closely with Dr. Tamayo and Dr. Sirri to come up with a plan that they executed. Everyone is great in the office, but Elizabeth and Lorena are the two ladies who always worked on my teeth alongside Dr. Mariani and I absolutely love them. They are both so sweet, caring and patient. The Lab ortho assistant Heliana is a gem and she is also sweet, caring and understanding. Dr. Mariani really cares for his patients and gets the best results. I am very happy with my results. I’ve always wanted to have straight teeth since I was a little girl and now I do.

Highly recommend this office, staff is kind and friendly, really good with the kids. Office is beautiful as well. Dr. Mariani is so nice, he takes his time with the kids making them feel comfortable and also explaining to the parents.

My son just finished his braces. They were great from the very first appt. Everything landed spot on the dates they said they would. Appointments are quick and exactly what is needed. He always felt comfortable an he’s 9 so that made it pleasant for me. The office is clean and they clearly are pros. He will be back regularly for his retainer and may need a second round in a few years but his teeth are looking great for now!

I recently went to this office for the first time for an Invisalign consult. I didn’t think I would proceed with it that quickly but I was so impressed with Dr. Mariani and felt so comfortable at his beautiful office that I did so immediately and can’t wait to start my treatment. I’ve heard he’s the absolute best for orthodontics and after my experience I believe that to be true. On a side note, the office is probably one of the prettiest spaces I’ve ever seen. I took some photos in waiting room bc I couldn’t believe how pretty it was.

Dr. Mariani is the best orthodontist ever. I trust him so much that I would fly from Texas just to come see him because I know he knows his stuff and he's not out here to scam you like sadly other doctors. I am in my 30s now and have been his patient since I was 19 and refuse to go to any other place because at the end of the day him and the team care for their patients and that's something I highly value. Thank you team for all you continue to do year after year. So if your on the fence I hope my post convinces you to come see him. You won't regret it there is reason his office is never empty.
