I was very impressed with my trip to Marin Dental Wellness. I was there for an assessment of my sleep apnea. Dr Smith was very thorough and very good at explaining things and I learned quite a bit about more about my sleep apnea here compared to my primary care doctors.

My wife Jacqueline and I have been seeing Dr. Brian Smith and his great team about 20 years. Jacqueline has seen Dr. Thomas Nguyen and he is excellent. He listens, discusses the issue, solution and next steps. He is precise in remediation and very professional and kind. And, his sense of humor helps! Deann (sp?) who assists Dr. Nguyen is as precise and kind. They both give you 100% in providing care and treatment. Leila, essentially runs the front desk/reception and is always welcoming, kind and supportive. She makes us feel comfortable while we are there and assists us expeditiously when leaving. As a retired optometric doctor, patient care and satisfaction were paramount to me and I appreciate finding the same at Marin Dental Wellness. There is no other holistic dentistry that I would highly recommend.
Like many people I'm not that fond of a dental visit, this was my first procedure since transferring from my old dentist. I was extremely satisfied with the care that was given regarding my comfort level during my filling procedure. This alone was worth the hour and a half drive. I'm not able to reconstruct the extra steps in this filling procedure, but I've had my share of fillings and I've never experienced these types of extra steps which give me the confidence that the filling longevity will be markedly improved. If you can afford it I'd highly recommend Marin dental wellness for all your dental needs.
I cannot recommend Marin Dental Wellness highly enough. Dr. Brian and Dr. Hahn have a profound understanding of how oral health impacts the entire body and vice-versa. After another specialist in Marin disregarded my concerns, I came here and received a 4D scan. It confirmed a hidden infection that I truly believe would have been catastrophic if left unattended. Their diagnostic technology and holistic approach saved me from a major health crisis. If you want dentists who look at the big picture and truly listen to their patients, this is the best practice in Marin.
The office is super competent and thorough. It costs, but you get what you pay for. I had a diagnosis from a local dentist office now taken over after my former dentist retired. Dr. Nguyen identified a missed and a miss-diagnosis from that office over two teeth- one was declared with cavity (it wasn't) and another needed repair for a chip and crack which had been giving me some pain with chewing. I'm much further ahead than with the other dentist with necessary work performed and unnecessary avoided.
I love this place. They only use composite dental materials not metals. That’s what originally attracted me to this practice but I’ve been coming here for a very long time. I just got a cleaning today and the hygienist did a good job not poking my gums. I also just like the atmosphere. There are lots of plants and big amethyst crystals. The bathroom smell and hand sanitizer both are made with essential oil. No artificial fragrance. I like that. Love them. Dr Brian is very friendly and complemented my sacred geometry necklace. I recommend them.
