As someone who’s had some pretty traumatic experiences with dental work in the past, I had been putting off anything dentistry related for as long as possible. When I broke a tooth and had to see someone, I became a patient. And patience is exactly what they have shown me. Every member of the staff has been kind, understanding, and a genuine pleasure to interact with. Dr. Harris has made a point to say hi and chat with me every time I’ve been in the office, even just to do paperwork. And when the time came to complete my crown they made sure I was comfortable and felt safe. Dr. Harris was able to be so gentle with the work he did that I have zero soreness the day after. I can’t thank them enough, and actually look forward to my next appointment!

Most of my experiences here have been good, but my most recent experience there was some miscommunication about the charges. I was told after my c cleaning that my out-of-pocket for today’s visit would be $368. When I went to check out at the front counter, it turned out to be $444 even though I was told by the hygienist that they applied a credit. I’m assuming the extra charge was for the fluoride and the irrigation that was done, which I was not told would be extra. I just basically came in for a cleaning that the insurance would cover and to get a night guard so I was a surprised at the extra charge, not being explained ahead of time.
