I came here for a consultation for an implant and to see the best course of action. The staff was very kind and helpful and talked about what options I had. I'm glad I chose this office because the care I have received has been amazing. I have a few more appointments but know that I'm in good hands.
I had gone to Dr. Elson about 6 years ago. I had made arrangements for a payment plan with a very nice woman who left the practice. I almost had everything ( implants) paid for and Dr, Elson reneged on the commitment. He said to go to a dental school, which is impossible for anyone unless they can devote all their time. All of it. He couldn't care less. He might be a good dentist but he is a horrible person. No compassion at all. All the bone in my lower jaw is gone and It's too painful to eat. Since it's been ongoing the Statute of limitations does not apply. I urge anyone and everyone who has had a bad experience to please take it to court. The publicity alone could save other people who unfortunately suffered the same fate. Mitchell Franks

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Elson and the entire team. Everyone was professional, kind, and compassionate from start to finish. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made me feel comfortable and well cared for throughout the entire process. The staff was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely caring. I truly appreciated the level of care I received and would highly recommend Dr. Elson and team to all family and friends!!
I got all 4 wisdom teeth removed it was a quick and smooth recovery! Dr elson and his staff were very caring and nice he did a great job
When I inquired about services here my first interaction was with Linda in December. She was pleasant so I decided to have 1 erupted wisdom tooth pulled with sedation in February of this year. During the procedure Dr Elson inserted the needle to administer the anesthesia medication. I told him it hurt and I started experiencing really bad buring in my arm. Dr Elson told me it was due to my small veins. He said he would push the medication through faster to end the buring. Fast forward 8 days post procedure I developed a 5 inch hard cord from the injection site up to the inside of my upper arm. It was bruised, hot, painful to the touch. I went to the doctors office and was diagnosed with superficial thrombophiblitis phlebitis and DVT in my upper extremity. I called his office to let him know of the injury caused my his negligence and not stopping despite telling him he was hurting me. I was asked to come back in to show him my arm. He wanted to refer me to a vascular surgeon. He also instructed me to take ibuprofen while on blood thinners. I never returned to his facility again. I reached out via certified mail to let him know I planned to take action against his practice for being negligent in treatment. He has ignored my letters and has yet to provide information for his insurance company to cover the cost of the damages at the very least. He doesn't even have the common courtesy to apologize for causing serious injury to me. FYI reporting negligent providers like him to RIDOH ends up being a 1 sided investigation only requesting whatever doctored information he provided to cover his negligent actions. I patiently waited over 3 months to post this review to see if he would do the right thing. To date he still has not. I would NEVER recommend coming here for any service. On a side note anyone who posts a review they don't like the office will talk about that person to new customers instead of taking accountability for whatever was done to cause the review they received. No informed consent, no consultation warning me that I would end up with DVT because Dr Elson infiltrated my vein. If 0 stars was an option he would earn that.
Dr. Elson & his staff are AMAZING! My daughter had her wisdom teeth removed here and everything went so smooth and everyone was so nice especially knowing how nervous she was. Would 100% recommend!
Dr elson deserves a 10! He's the best oral surgeon I have ever been to, he took out a very dangerous 32 which was sitting on a nerve and would have ruined my face if anything went wrong. He did a wonderful job, he took the tooth out in less than 5 seconds didn't even know it was out little pain little bleeding and very little swelling. He's not only a fantastic surgeon but he's also a wonderful man and PS.... Dr elson I will carry your bags to punta gorda!
Just had a tooth extracted from Dr. Elson after having had an awful experience with a root canal elsewhere years prior. I went in stressing out for absolutely no reason. Literally took him less than ten minutes with ZERO pain or discomfort. Highly recommend Dr. Elson, not only a professional but an all around Nice guy who made the entire experience an absolute breeze !
I had an amazing experience removing my wisdom teeth at Dr. Elson’s! First, their staff are so extremely sweet and helpful on the phone and in person. They are QUICK! I had a consult within a week and two weeks from there I had my surgery. I had 2/4 wisdom teeth impacted and by day 6 I felt brand new. No bruising, swelling, pain, etc. They give you all the information to have a successful recovery and make sure you know that you can call or come back for questions/ concerns. Dr Elson is so personal and caring. This was my first time getting anesthesia or any surgery at all and it was a breeze!!
Rude staff ,My wife was in severe pain for a week after one wisdom tooth removal. they don't care about you.Nurse was rude to her when my wife clearly was in pain and couldn't open her mouth. We ended up going to a different place where after 3 wisdom teeth removal she felt fine and could go back to normal in 2 days. If you are afraid of dental surgery and looking for a place that is able to comfort you before and after the procedure, Martins Elson place is the one you should avoid
Dr Elson is the best. Second time coming for a procedure and on both occasions made what could have been a very uncomfortable experience the best it could be. The latest one was an emergency tooth extraction. My dentist called on a Friday at 10am and I was in the chair an hour later. As someone who has had multiple surgical procedures, Dr. Elson has the best bedside manor I've ever experienced. Strongly recommend.
