So far our letting experience with Martin & Co has been overwhelmingly positive. We are moving in in September but every step up to this process has been so smooth and easy. Finding a house was so easy thanks to Dean. Our first viewing we booked we weren’t too kean and he immediately suggested us new properties they had in accordance to our wishes. He then showed us round a lovely house we are now moving into. Very clean and well kept and great location. Any further questions we have had Dean, Kirsty, Beata, & Ellie have done their best to answer and guided us through this process. We can’t thank them enough. We are very excited to move in soon!

Martin and Co were absolutely fantastic! I've dealt with several letting agents since moving to Canterbury and they are by FAR the best. Dean was wonderful, super helpful and friendly, and great at communicating with us. He let us know what was happening at every step of the way and made the whole process easy. He was always patient and happy to explain what was happening. The whole team is lovely and treated us like real people rather than numbers. I cannot recommend Martin and Co more, they are genuinely wonderful to work with.
We had a great experience with Martin & Co Canterbury, particularly with Kirsty. We recently had our full deposit returned for 73 Station Road West. There was a brief administrative delay with the transfer between deposit schemes (DPS to TDS), but Kirsty was excellent at keeping us updated, communicating the process clearly, and ensuring the full amount was released to us promptly once the transfer was complete. Fantastic service and communication throughout! I highly recommend them.
