Dr Vikram was so kind to my 3 year old son during one of his first dental appointments. He connected with my son through play which helped make the rest of the appointment go smoothly. Thank you Dr. Vikram!

Dr. Vikram is an excellent dentist and the whole staff at this location are friendly and knowledgeable. This crew makes every effort to make sure you are comfortable and having a good patient experience. They also go out of their way and beyond to accommodate your work schedule. I have been a patient here for years and would highly recommend Martindale dental to anyone in search of a great dentist.

Great doctors and nurses there. You've got to try them out. It's a very pleasant experience and I don't like getting my teeth done but I keep going back to them. LOL

This was my first appointment at Martindale Dental and I found the service to be very professional, friendly and thoughtful. All staff were wonderful. Thank you Kate for doing a great job of cleaning my teeth!

Please be aware that the receptionist did not verify that I was covered by the CDCP ( Canadian Dental Care Plan) upon checking in. Upon checking out they discovered I arrived one day before the coverage officially started. That was partially my oversight but Dental offices are supposed to check a patient's eligibility BEFORE they arrive. To prevent this from happening Sunlife states the following which is taken from the Sunlife information site for providers (dental offices) Key Requirements for Providers: When to Check: Before confirming appointments and prior to starting any treatment. How to Verify: Providers can use the Sun Life Direct portal to INSTANTLY check patient eligibility and verify coverage for services. Under the Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP), it is the responsibility of the oral health provider to verify a patient's eligibility and coverage with Sun Life before proceeding with treatment. So the Administration dept tried to blame me but never once during the following 4 appointments and about 6 calls I made to Martindale Dental Clinic simply to find out the status of my crowns did they tell me that I owed money. When I received my first bill 4 months after my very first appointment the receptionist said not to worry about it, that it's just a formality to send the bill. Then a month later I received the same bill, but this time they said i owed the money. I disputed this and found out some charges that did not belong to me and that they were overcharging me because Sunlife sent me the actual bill. Dental offices love to upcharge you whenever they see the opportunity. They reduced the charges but this proved they made many administrative billing errors. Fortunately my dentist had the common sense to drop all the charges. So I will give the dentist a few stars but the administrative office and clinic one star officially . I would never recommend going to this clinic. Like anything else, BUYER BEWARE.... MAKE SURE YOUR CLINIC YOU GO TO DOUBLE CHECKS THAT YOU ARE COVERED AND ONLY APPROVE ANY EXTRA CHARGES BEFORE PROCEEDING WITH ANY DENTAL WORK NOT COVERED BY YOUR DENTAL INSURANCE PLAN.

This is the best dentist office I’ve been to so far . I took my son in today for a consult dr vik his staff , specially ally wore very nice understanding and explained everything well and made my son and I feel comfortable . Highly recommend . Might go back for myself after my son is taken care of . Ty so so much ally and dr vik

I had an emergency and I’m from out of town. My parents brought me to their dentist. I got lucky and was able to see Dr Vikram right away. He fixed up my tooth quickly and beautifully and was the most joyful dentist I’ve ever met! From a very anxious moment, he put me at ease and worked some magic. Very grateful!! Amazing place!!!

Brought my daughter for her wisdom teeth removal. We already enjoy excellent care at Martindale Dental and their Oral Surgery care was as expected. Phenomenal. My daughter had a lot of anxiety and the whole team made her experience extremely comfortable. We were informed every step of the way and the laid back, caring environment was especially appreciated. She was even smiling at one point during the procedure. I am grateful for the excellent care we received.
