Rude staff. Long wait times for people to pick up their medicine. This pharmacy takes on more than they can do. I’ve had to come up here 4x just because they say the prescription will be ready tomorrow, tomorrow or in a “few hours.” They never answer the phone either.

Wish I could leave 0 stars. Noushin Noursalehi is a horrific dentist. She should be ashamed of the way she treats her patients and the manner in which she takes advantage of them. Noursalehi has no bed side table manners. She spent a total of 60 seconds with me, claimed I had 2 fillings and asked me to leave. She didn't give me a chance to ask questions, nor did she ask me any questions to understand my adhibits etc. This was a routine visit - 100% covered by my insurance - until I found out that she added in multiple fake procedures so I had to pay $200 out of pocket. Terrible - shame and nothing more.

Había hecho una cita que era para el día de hoy a las 3:15 y me llamaron Y me dijeron que a ese horario había muchas citas, entonces me volvieron a reagendar a las cuatro. Voy viniendo a la Clínica, voy viniendo en media hora antes para decirme que mi cita era a las tres, Y luego yo le voy diciendo a ella que me reagendaron para las cuatro, Y luego ya me dice que sí, pero ha sido cancelada y yo sin cancelar la cita , no hagan citas, si no van a atender a las personas no hagan perder el tiempo de uno yo estoy pagando por el servicio. La persona que agendo mi cita se llama Eduardo porque mi cita no la canceló del horario 3:15 no se quien de ellos dos miente

To start the off the only reason I'm giving this location a 2 star review is because of the doctors. As for the administrative staff/Front desk and call center they all need additional training immediately. Training should be hyper focused on professionalism and customer service. The clinic would benefit from solution oriented staff. When you call them one person gives you one information, another staff members gives different information. it's pretty ridiculous. On June 1st I arrived for my visit and they canceled my appointment on the spot that day due to a change in my insurance which I understand, the issue here is that my appointment had been scheduled or months why is no one on top of this? I had to miss a work day for nothing. On top of that on July 6th a rude person called me letting me know that my phone visit was canceled because of my insurance when I asked if I could have this call before booking the appointment and the call center said yes as long as I was in DC or Maryland which is how I got it booked. When I spoke to this person she said I was marked as no show in the system for my June 1st appointment. That is unacceptable the person who called me was trying to blame me for the situation when their miscommunication and unprofessional work ethic had me in this mess in the first place. I feel like Marys center at this location specifically needs a new admin staff all the way around. Don't even get me started with the referral department. They wouldn't have as many patients based on reviews if it wasn't for the Doctors themselves.

This is the worse dental office I have ever went to. I came in for a cleaning and found out that it was a consultation. I then was told I had one cavity. I was scheduled to come back, on separate days, to get the cavity filled and cleaning. When I came back for the filling, I was then told that I had two cavities and needed to schedule another appointment for the 2nd cavity. I asked why no one did told me that the first visit, I was told that I have to pay $60 for each visit when I have never paid that much in co pay. I was also told that the office only takes 30 minutes appointments so getting my filling felt rushed. The only reason I came to this office was because it was recommended by my job as a preferred in network office. It also seemed that this is an office for lower income patients or patients with assistance. That is fine but why am I paying more for my visits than I would at a private dental office. I also wanted about an hour on my first visit. This is not a good office if you have a job.

Dr. Stinfil has been an amazing pediatrician to our sweet little babe. She is very patient with all of our first-time parent questions then takes time to make sure we know our baby is just fine. Highly recommend.

I only come here because it’s close to where I live, but if you use the sliding scale discount, be aware that they may charge you even for simple questions. They often require you to schedule a virtual appointment with a doctor, physician, or midwife and charge you each time, even if the call only lasts about four minutes. I tried asking a simple question through their portal, but instead of answering it there, they made me schedule an appointment that wasn’t necessary. Other than that, the service is okay it helps they’re affordable but wait time is long.

My appointment was at 3pm, I came in on time, I was given my number as usual and then the doctor asked that I wait in the lobby to take some test from the lab. I asked the red hair girl at the lobby if she had my name she said no. I sat down again and waited. Asked a front desk lady if I would be called soon, she said shortly. It was already 4:45pm when that happened. I asked again around 5pm if my name was being called to this young lady in a red hoodie, she said she was on her break but she would ask which I really appreciated. Turns out the lab people “didn’t see my name” even tho I was the ONLY person sitting and waiting plus my name was literally on red when the doctor showed me the system. Then the lab lady asked me if I can come back tommorow since the lab is closed. As I am leaving and it’s 5:30, all I hear is her laughing when I waited hours to get attended.

I went the Mary's Center for dentist and I like there keep my teeth clean for every 6 months. Nice clean area and friendly people. Thank you.
