Professional cleanings remove accumulated tartar and plaque while routine examinations allow the dentist to document changes, spot early decay, and provide guidance tailored to each patient’s oral health profile.
Restorative services address teeth that have been affected by decay or damage. Fillings restore teeth with cavities to proper function, while crowns and other restorations are used when more substantial structural repair is needed. The goal is to preserve natural teeth and maintain a functional bite for the long term.
New patients can expect a first-visit examination that includes a full oral health assessment, dental and medical history review, and X-rays as clinically appropriate. The dentist will discuss any findings and outline what treatment, if any, is recommended before anything is scheduled or initiated.

I visited Mass Dental Associates today after almost 3 years. Before coming in, I called the office and explained my insurance and my situation. I told customer service on the phone that I do NOT have a real tooth — they made me a removable tooth (flipper/partial) here before, and now it is broken into three parts. They never told me that my insurance would not cover this type of repair. Instead, they told me to come in. When I arrived, I again explained everything to customer service, and then the doctor called me in. I showed him the broken removable tooth and explained the full history. He told me he would fix it. But after I went inside, they only cleaned my teeth and took X‑rays. At the end, the doctor suddenly said he cannot fix my removable tooth because my insurance only covers cleaning. If you already knew my insurance doesn’t cover the repair, why did you tell me to come? Why did you clean my teeth first instead of telling me the truth before starting anything? I came for treatment of my broken removable tooth, not just cleaning. Now I still have no tooth, I wasted my time, and I left with no solution. This made me very unhappy and I do not recommend this kind of service.
“Excellent clinic with very kind and professional staff. I was suffering from severe wisdom tooth pain for two days and they relieved my pain quickly and professionally. Special thanks to Dr. Al-Khatib for his fast and skilled work. I did not feel any pain during the procedure at all. Also, many thanks to Dr. Ali Al-Rubaie for recommending this clinic. This will definitely not be my last visit. Highly recommended.
Today was my daughters first time here to get a tooth pulled Everyone was very nice and it went so great no tears or anything!
Great service loved it
Wisdom tooth extraction was smooth and recovery went well.
Do not go here! Rude too rough and will leave you in pain. Have to go somewhere else for them to fix a crown they placed after root canal
I found Massachusetts Dental Associates in a time of need, after a tooth infection leading to a root canal. I went in a bit unsure but this practice has blown my expectations away. Not only are the doctors highly skilled, they the are also personable and patient working hard to deliver satisfactory results. Also all of the hygienists and recipients are excellent and very friendly. While my tooth situation is frustrating, Massachusetts dental associates has eased my stress and has improved my smile.
i was referred to this place for a root canal due to insurance . Appointment was within a week which i was shocked about getting such a quick appointment . I belive i seen dr ali the girl dentist I’m not sure if she’s a regular dentist or specialist wasn’t even told about that. She came in very briefly asked me what insurance I had and was like Oh yeah it’s covered and suggested a root canal on another tooth without inquiring information about that tooth. she did A root canal within 10 minutes and never secured the area. She said there was a cavity there and left the sliver filling in and didnt clean it out . like I said she never secured the area. I followed up with my dentist the next day and my dentist was shocked to find out that she didn’t secure the area and saying it was half ass job and was half filled in . but did say a root canal was done based on x- rays . also she filled the root canal half way not completely filled, bacteria can still grow in the unsealed spaces, leading to infection . my dentist was shocked about that as well, leaving food to get stuck. i’ve called Three times with the front desk having an attitude and acting in like they have my chart open which is impossible they didn’t even ask date of birth or my information . I had to ask the front desk do they need my date of birth information no message was left at all and I was told the doctor only works Monday and Wednesdays. No return call back or nothing. I would say this place is very unprofessional. It’s a red flag as they had multiple people waiting , if you want personal care this is not the place they get you in and out with no follow up care and front desk dont take messages or note your chart!! No phone encounter are noted. Not a professional business providing professional patient care !As a medical professional i am Just shocked how patients are treated . now im left to deal with a problem another place has to fix i was rushed !! she felt too confident and literally worst experience also let me say I’ve had a prior root canal which they secured the area and took their time explaining the process. this person calling them self a doctor should be ashame !!! you’re better off going to Boston University and let students perform your procedure they atleast show compassion and walk you through the process!!! Dont go to this place!!!! Do your research as it to your benefit!!! UPDATE!! i left a message to be called back by manager or dentist to inquire about what was done in fact, I got a call from the front desk for an appointment reminder and when I asked the lady at the front desk what happened to me being called back.completely clueless and wasnt trying to problem solvie not once did she said I’m gonna leave another message and have a manager call you back. It was just like simply I’m sorry and i dont know. My dentist that i see regularly told me they called her office left a message asking if her office takes xrays what a joke how unprofessional and yet no one from the office has yet to call me . come to find out another patient that went there from my dentist office had same experience with same dentist . patients are left with damage from this dentist this is unethical.
