I was impressed by the team: Michelle, Shannon and Dr. Pappas! Shannon was very helpful with completing the 6 page form I was unable to complete. Suggestion-Errors could be highlighted to make it easier to fill out. Michelle was patient and answered all my questions without hesitation. I found Dr Pappas to be communicative, confident, easy to build rapport with identifying issues that need to be addressed! I feel comfortable moving forward with this group of dental professionals!
I have been coming here for years and recently had a crown placed. I must say the whole experience was pain free and seamless from start to finish. The staff are consummate professionals and Dr. Pappas provides truly excellent care.
