I was impressed by the team: Michelle, Shannon and Dr. Pappas! Shannon was very helpful with completing the 6 page form I was unable to complete. Suggestion-Errors could be highlighted to make it easier to fill out. Michelle was patient and answered all my questions without hesitation.
