This happened a few months ago but I would like to share now to warn others. They ordered my retainers and charged me $600 something for them, but ended up not getting them due to needing orthodontics. On top of charging me they submitted to my insurance for the retainers and got paid $159. It is against the contract to collect more than the contracted insurance amount for something(which for my plan was $318, leaving me responsible for remaining $159). One of the front office employees told me they didn’t actually collect that money it was put as a credit on my account which doesn’t matter because they still technically got paid by insurance AND overcharged me. Had I not caught this and let my insurance know they would’ve got away with double charging me. They did end up refunding a portion of my money except for the lab fees they paid to make my retainers which is understandable. They also didn’t renew their contract with my insurance company and never told me. Contract ended in March(according to my insurance company) and I had cleaning in May, they had plenty of time to let me know. The doctors and staff are nice just pay very close attention to what you are charged and what is being submitted to and paid out by your insurance company. Thank you to Dr. Yang for being so patient with me. Just recently has some wisdom on teeth removed, and the ladies(in Midland) have all been so wonderful. Thank you so much.

Doctor Yang and Zheng did a great job on my wisdom removal top and bottom. I had some hang ups physically with the root tips but they came out great. Also they clean my teeth well, and have free good chapstick!

Kassidy helped with everything from setting appointments to assisting Dr. Zheng! She made me feel special and comfortable! Dr. Zheng is super cool and painless! She also helped me feel at ease while also maintaining a balance of professionalism. Dr. Zheng and Kassidy, thank you so much for not only making me feel comfortable and doing a great job, but for staying late to help knock out mt priority issues! The Cherry program helped me afford payments as well! Mayflower Dental is my go to place from now on!! A+++ best ever!

I had a great experience at this dental office! The staff was very welcoming and professional from the moment I walked in. Ericka and Zheng took amazing care of me, they were both very kind, patient, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. They explained everything clearly and made sure I understood each step, which I really appreciated. Overall, such a smooth and positive experience. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for great dental care!

This was the only office that could get me in for a same day appointment. I was so nervous and in so much pain but the entire staff was amazing and put me at ease. I had a same day appointment AND extraction. Definitely will continue to use them for all dental work/ cleanings in the future.

The staff and dentists are always so nice and friendly. There’s also never a wait in the waiting room so I’m always in and out quickly. I definitely recommend. They did my wisdom teeth extraction and the experience was smooth and easy thanks to them.
