McComb Orthodontics has provided Invisalign treatment for both of my children and I cannot recommend them highly enough. They take the time to explain treatment options and goals thoroughly and every visit is met with attentive and professional staff. Also quick to help with calls when aligners go missing or buttons chipped off! The office is beautiful and conveniently located on Sycamore (just off Melrose) near Sightglass and Tartine - perfect for stopping off for a treat after appointments 🙂

The office is clean, organized, and incredibly well run, and Dr. McComb is exceptional at what he does. Every appointment has been efficient, the entire process has been transparent and smooth, and it’s been so rewarding to see the progress week after week. Getting Invisalign has truly been one of the best investments I’ve made as an adult, and I wouldn’t have wanted to go through this journey anywhere else. Highly recommend!

Love this office! The aesthetics are so cute and doesn’t feel like a stale old doctors office. Parking is very easy and they validate!!!! It’s also worth noting that it’s in a cute street so after your visit you can grab a coffee and do some shopping. The staff is lovely and the doctors are so knowledgeable. I visited several orthodontists before deciding to go with McComb and I’m very satisfied with the service I’ve received.

I had a wonderful experience at McComb Orthodontics. From the moment I walked in, the entire team was welcoming, professional, and attentive. They took the time to explain every step of the treatment process, answer all of my questions, and make sure I felt comfortable throughout my appointments. I’m going to start out by saying that I am not a typical orthodontic patient. I didn’t have many obvious problems, and as they say, “my smile, I don’t mind it, for I am behind it!” All this changed for me when all meetings became Zoom meetings, and I was confronted daily with little flaws that grew and grew until they were all I could see. Now I’m not a vain person by nature, but as the pandemic was winding down, I was in serious need of some powerful self care. I had several consultations, but knew the minute I sat down that McComb was my new home and partner in this journey. I’m not going to lie and say there weren’t uncomfortable points along the way, but being a man in my 50s, I know what a dollar is worth, I was completely self-funded. I’m going to throw out an unpopular observation, if your kids aren’t compliment with the program, you’re better off taking care of you first. It won’t take long for the kids to notice the change in you, and be much more likely to comply in the future. They really have to want it for them to stick with it and reap the benefits they will appreciate. I also have the unique benefit of having a living and breathing mirror embodied in my twin brother who I just saw for the first time recently after completing the program. I guarantee he will be starting his journey soon. It was bittersweet picking up my final permanent retainers. They have truly become extended family and my biggest cheerleaders. I will leave you with more than just a recommendation, but a challenge to my fellow Gen Xers. A beautiful smile is not out of reach, it’s deep self-care we all need and I will never regret my decision to seek treatment and who I partnered with on my journey.
