This is an excellent practice with highly skilled, efficient, wonderful doctors, and great staff. Everyone is welcoming, friendly, courteous and professional. And they were able to seamlessly pick up on the plan put in place by my former dentist Dr. Henderson in Manlius, NY. They are very caring in the way they provide their services. The kindly dental assistant even applied some Chapstick to my lips so that the process wouldn't cause too much dryness. It's great when you relocate to a new place, and are made to feel at home right away; it's comforting that my new dental practice even has connections with members of my family, including family in the dental industry, a cousin, and others back in my home state of New York. Another friendly dental assistant reminded me of something a family member, who is also a dental professional, once told me - that dentists work upside down and backwards, which makes you respect what they do even more. Upon leaving, the cheerful and friendly doctor wished me a happy everything (or was it happy all of it?) through all the holidays until my next visit in December. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience with McNeely Dentistry. Even before stepping into the office, I spoke with Ivett, the front desk receptionist, over the phone, and she was incredibly professional and kind. She immediately helped ease my nerves about the procedure I need to have done, took the time to answer my questions, and we even shared a few laughs, which made me feel so much more comfortable. When I arrived, the welcoming and professional environment continued. Dr. Moore was very nice and made me feel at ease right away. She was friendly, welcoming, and took the time to ensure I understood everything. If you’re looking for a dental office that truly cares and creates a professional yet warm environment, this is definitely the place to go. Highly recommend!
