I came to Dr. Heye for a second opinion after my regular dentist told me I needed a procedure I was unsure about. Shannon was kind enough to work with me on the phone and get me scheduled the same day! Sophie was my hygienist and she was extremely professional and kind. Both she and Dr. Heye took the time to answer all of my questions and thoroughly look at my issue even though I wasn't a regular patient. The office isn't as high tech in appearance as some dentists I've been to, but I've never had a medical experience where everyone I spoke to felt intentional in their interactions with me. All the staff were very reassuring as I was obviously concerned about my previous treatment plans. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone in the Kansas City area.

The best experience ever . Dr. Heye is the friendliest and most detailed dentist I've ever been to. The front office staff is awesome and Sophie did an amazing job on my cleaning. She was friendly, quick, did a great job and was very professional.

I just switched to this dental office as it is closer to my house and it had 5 star reviews. I also was frustrated that my other office rarely answered their phone, scheduling an appointment was hard and I was always put on hold. Calling meadowlark was much different, they always answer right away, they had no problem getting me in for a cleaning within 2 weeks of calling and their front desk lady is super super nice. The office staff and dental hygienists were very welcoming and the dentist was super nice and friendly. They took care of an issue I had with a permanent retainer right away and were affordable. They also give you a nice toothbrush and a welcome gift! The only thing I would change about the office is TVs so we can watch something during our cleaning like all of my previous dentists have had.

I just went in this morning for my very first visit here. I had an emergency and Dr. Prose was able to get me in asap to get me all fixed up! I had a false tooth in the front of my smile that came off and was able to get in with a temporary crown the next morning. The staff was so polite, everyone was so nice and Doctor was very informative and worked so fast to get me in and out and fixed up! I’ll be back in a couple weeks for my permanent tooth but I am so relieved I found this place! Thank you guys all so much!!

I have been going to this office for years. My father has been going for 20 years and I followed in right behind him. I refer everyone here and even got another family member to start going. Even when they weren’t in my providers network I still went. You can’t beat the amazing staff and wonderful Dentist. Dr Craig retired but he chose a wonderful new doctor, Dr. Prose. She is phenomenal! Love this place. Highly recommend!!
