Dr. Hakimeh is a wonderful doctor at this practice. I have been attending her since 2016. Along with being the nicest and most caring doctor she listens carefully to your issues, asks the appropriate questions, and leaves no stone unturned when treating you. Blood tests are done and results received within 24 hours. Very centrally located. Highly recommend her. Thanks for looking after me always Dr. Hakimeh.
Horrible appointment service. Call center booked for me a timeslot when I arrived, they mentioned that the time is not available on the doctor’s schedule and made me wait for about an hour now, I am still there waiting. They cannot give me a time for me to see the DR

And Dr. Manal is truly outstanding — such a caring, knowledgeable, and exceptional paediatric doctor. We are so grateful for her care and support. I had a really positive experience with Dr Mehreen, Jinsy and Brian. Dr Mehreen was professional, caring and took the time to explain everything clearly, which made me feel very comfortable. Jinsy the nurse was kind, attentive and very supportive throughout. Brian on reception was welcoming, friendly and efficient, making the whole process smooth from the moment I arrived. I cannot recommend Dr. Manal enough. She is truly the heart and soul of this clinic, and its success is clearly a reflection of her dedication and compassion. Dr. Manal is not just an exceptional doctor — she is an incredibly kind and genuine human being. She is always available to answer my calls, no matter how busy she is, and she treats children with such patience, warmth, and care. Her knowledge and professionalism are outstanding, but what really sets her apart is her heart. Today, after my son had been running a very high fever 40.5°C for three days, she kindly agreed to see us after her working hours without an appointment .she also stayed an extra hour to administer the medication herself. Although I could have given it to him at home, she understood that he is a difficult child when it comes to taking oral medicine. With her special approach, she was able to successfully give him the medication. This level of care is truly rare. The nurses were also amazing and kind. In a time where many medical services feel rushed or commercial, Dr. Manal reminds you what true healthcare should be compassionate, dedicated, and human.
Al furjan branch Receptionist is awful. Nurses aren't much better, not very good at injection administration nor having any vague people skills. Arrive tonight. Lights off. No sign on the door saying closed until 7 30 (the only place in this centre not open! Nor with any forewarning) . Thanks Google for informing.
I had a really great experience at the Fakeeh Medicentres-Al Furjan. From the moment I walked in, the staff were warm, organized, and very professional. The receptionist(Specially Bryan👋)made check‑in quick and easy, which helped me feel relaxed right away. During my dental procedures, the dentist(Dr.Fazila👋) and team were gentle, patient, and clear in explaining every step, so I always felt comfortable and informed. The clinic was clean, calming, and well‑maintained, which made the whole visit even better. I truly appreciate how caring and efficient everyone was. Their dedication to good patient care really shows, and I’d happily recommend this clinic to anyone looking for friendly and reliable dental services.
The doctors are excellent, and I highly recommend visiting the Al Furjan branch. However, the experience with the administration has been disappointing. For over three days, we were told that the prescribed medication would be arranged, yet there has been no update. Despite multiple follow-ups with both the clinic and the call centre, there’s been no response or resolution.
Visited for flu vaccine today. Amal is the magician, the prick was not felt at all. Literally no prick felt. She has the best hand to inject!
