Medicentres Al Furjan

I had a really great experience at the Fakeeh Medicentres-Al Furjan. From the moment I walked in, the staff were warm, organized, and very professional. The receptionist(Specially Bryan👋)made check‑in quick and easy, which helped me feel relaxed right away. During my dental procedures, the dentist(Dr.Fazila👋) and team were gentle, patient, and clear in explaining every step, so I always felt comfortable and informed. The clinic was clean, calming, and well‑maintained, which made the whole visit even better. I truly appreciate how caring and efficient everyone was. Their dedication to good patient care really shows, and I’d happily recommend this clinic to anyone looking for friendly and reliable dental services.

Al furjan branch Receptionist is awful. Nurses aren't much better, not very good at injection administration nor having any vague people skills. Arrive tonight. Lights off. No sign on the door saying closed until 7 30 (the only place in this centre not open! Nor with any forewarning) . Thanks Google for informing.

The doctors are excellent, and I highly recommend visiting the Al Furjan branch. However, the experience with the administration has been disappointing. For over three days, we were told that the prescribed medication would be arranged, yet there has been no update. Despite multiple follow-ups with both the clinic and the call centre, there’s been no response or resolution.

I’d like to share my experience with this clinic, starting with Dr. Fazila—a very friendly dentist who takes time to explain everything clearly so you can fully understand your condition. She has such a light and approachable personality that makes each visit comfortable. The nurse and reception staff are equally accommodating and welcoming, which creates a pleasant atmosphere. Definitely recommend this clinic! ✨

Visited for flu vaccine today. Amal is the magician, the prick was not felt at all. Literally no prick felt. She has the best hand to inject!
