Mediclinic Ibn Battuta

The worst clinic experience I have ever had. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing service. Despite making numerous calls and repeatedly requesting my medical results, medical records, and updates, I still have not received them. There is a complete lack of communication and follow-up. Patients should not have to repeatedly call and chase a clinic just to receive their own medical information. I am extremely disappointed with the way my case was handled. I will never visit this clinic again and definitely cannot recommend it to others.

Very disappointed with the front desk / reception service at Mediclinic Ibn Battuta. After the doctor's consultation, we submitted our papers at the counter as instructed. The staff took my paper and asked me to wait. After that, she attended to 4 other people who came after me and let them go ahead. When I reminded her that my file was already with her, she just said "sorry" casually. It was a complete waste of time. Unfortunately, this is not the first time - the service at the outside counter/reception always feels very disorganized and disoriented. The doctors are good, but the reception experience needs serious improvement. Management needs to look into queue management and staff training.

Amazing support team of nurses and other staff. I got looked after by Varsha, thank you so much for being kind and supportive. The top care helps in getting better faster.

To be honest everytime i visit this clinic i feel like a vip on how they assist me, all the staff and doctor are all friendly thats why this is the perfect clinic for me and my family they are all very professional. Keep it up!

Mediclinic Ibn Battuta is a good clinic overall, with professional doctors and a pleasant facility. However, if possible, avoid visiting on weekends. For reasons that are difficult to understand, the clinic appears to operate with only one receptionist and one cashier during some of the busiest days of the week. Instead of increasing manpower to handle the rush, someone apparently decided that cutting costs was the better strategy. The result? Patients end up waiting 20 minutes or more just to pay for a consultation. The irony is that the person responsible for this brilliant staffing decision is probably enjoying their weekend off while patients queue up at reception. 😂 The medical service itself is good, but the weekend front-desk experience definitely needs improvement.
