Dr. Reza’ Nowruzi ‘s exceptional attention to detail and genuine care were truly life-changing for me. He was the doctor who discovered my thyroid nodules early, and his careful assessment completely changed the course of my health journey. I am deeply grateful for his professionalism, thoroughness, and the way he listens and notices even small details that others may miss. An outstanding family medicine doctor whom I highly recommend.

Nurse Varsha was exceptionally caring, professional, and attentive throughout. Her calm nature, kindness, and dedication made a stressful situation much more comfortable. I had 4 tubes of blood extracted and I’m usually very apprehensive with the needle. Nurse María from the Ibn Battuta lab was amazing. I didn’t feel the needle and when i was preparing to start she had already finished!! Great professional and glad Mediclinic is investing in the best medical talent.

I’ve had very good experience with many of their doctors in different fields (dentist, physiotherapist, GP etc) but I’d like to especially thank Dr. Sheila. She is excellent, very professional, takes the time to answer questions and shows that she genuinely cares about her patients.

She demonstrated attentiveness, care, and expertise in addressing my concerns. Dr. Crisologo clearly explained the required lab tests, provided rationale, and even offered her contact number for follow-up questions. My husband had previously consulted with Dr. Eva and recommended her highly, and I'm pleased to report that his experience was consistent with mine. My experience with my toddler at Mediclinic Ibn batuta clinic is always good. Dr. Azam and Dr. Bhatnagar are extremely kind, patient, and reassuring even with a toddler who is less cooperative. They explain things well and provide effective solutions. Today the Nurses Varsha and Dekki were wonderful—calm, supportive, and very caring throughout. Really grateful to the entire team for their professionalism and compassion as it helps parents like us !
