I had an exceptional experience with Dr. Gagan Wahi. He is an outstanding radiologist who combines professionalism and expertise with genuine kindness and compassion. From the moment I met him, he made me feel comfortable and reassured, taking the time to explain everything clearly and patiently. What impressed me most was his attention to detail and the way he communicates with patients. He is calm, respectful, approachable, and truly makes you feel that you are in safe hands. After having two children, I’ve realized even more how important it is to have a pediatrician you can genuinely trust. With Dr. Samer Saade, I never feel like I’m “just another patient.” He knows my children, remembers the details, listens to every concern, and treats every question with patience and genuine care. What I appreciate most is that he gives you peace of mind. Whether it’s something small that has me worried as a mother or something that requires more attention, he takes the time to explain everything clearly and never makes you feel like you’re overreacting or asking too many questions. His reassurance is just as valuable as his medical expertise. And his support goes far beyond the clinic. Being able to reach him on WhatsApp and actually receive a response when you’re worried about your child is something I don’t take for granted. He follows up, checks in, and genuinely makes you feel that your children are in safe hands. I’ve recommended Dr. Samer to so many people already, and I will continue to do so without hesitation. The 45-50 minute drive to him is still completely worth it because, at the end of the day, having a doctor you trust completely is priceless. Very poor customer service very disappointed

We have had an excellent experience at Medclinic Mirdif, thanks to Dr. Samer Saade. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and always takes the time to answer our questions with patience and clarity. What makes the biggest difference is how friendly and approachable he is. My son genuinely enjoys his visits and feels completely comfortable with him, which is something every parent appreciates. His dedication, compassion, and genuine care for his patients are evident in every consultation. He is the kind of physician who adds tremendous value to any hospital or clinic he works in. I highly recommend Dr. Samer Saade to any parent looking for an outstanding pediatrician.

Very disappointed with my experience with Dr. Murad Awam Abdunabi. After my employer raised concerns about my medical certificate and the treatment plan, I requested a callback to clarify whether the recommended work-from-home period and sick leave were consistent. I never received a response. When I returned to the clinic, my questions were repeatedly dismissed with “I did my job” and that everything else was “an administrative matter.” My confirmed ankle fracture was simply referred to as a “minor injury,” without any reassessment of my condition, examination of my brace, or even asking how my recovery was progressing. I was seeking clarification, not additional sick leave. I expected a consultant to show more professionalism, empathy, and patient-centred care. The nursing staff were courteous and helpful, but my overall experience with the doctor was extremely disappointing.

One of the worst Service Ever, First they never treat you as customer patient, even if you take appointment, there are walkin customers concept, so if your appointment is 6 pm. You will enter 6:45 because of walk in customers, then why appointment system is there!! Keep it as fish market and anyone can come and reserve. I dont recommend this clinic to anyone, disrespect

Dr. Rayyan Al Mulla is genuinely one of the best doctors I have ever met. She truly cares about her patients and always makes sure that the treatment she recommends is the right one for the right reason. Her professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail are exceptional. What makes her stand out even more is how kind and approachable she is. She doesn’t make you feel like just another patient. She makes you feel comfortable, listened to, and cared for, almost like talking to an older sister who genuinely wants the best for you. As a young athlete, I especially appreciate how much she cares about my health and future. She takes the time to give valuable advice, explain things clearly, and make sure I’m making the right decisions for my long-term well-being. I am very grateful for her support and guidance.
