I called the practice on Monday morning after I cracked a molar at the weekend, which was cutting my tongue to smithereens. They very kindly booked me in with Sion the next day. I had the molar repaired and filled by Sion, I couldn't fault his work at all, he was very gentle and very thorough, I didn't feel a thing. And the end result is like a new tooth. I've been with the practice for nearly 50 years, since I was a tiny tot, and Mr Allen ran the practice. I'm so pleased they continue to have excellent dentists like Sion (and Alice before him). I’ve always felt quite nervous about going to the dentist due to a previous experience at another surgery, but from the moment I walked in, he made me feel completely at ease. You can really tell he genuinely cares about his patients. I also want to mention his dental nurse, Rhianna, who was just as kind and supportive. I had a great experience with my dental hygienist, Ann Jeslin, today. She was attentive, patient, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the appointment. Her calm and reassuring manner really put me at ease. She was very thorough and professional, which gave me confidence in the care I received. The dental nurse was also friendly and supportive. My experience with all of their dentists have been great. I'm never fobbed off & they always listen. Natalie, whom I've been having is great. She talks about what she's doing, even through the treatment process. I never had an issue with the dentists that were doing rotations, although having a permanent dentist is best as they remember & know their patients! Natalie has given me options when I thought they were not viable so she's not about the money! A great service & would recommend them if I needed to
