I have been visiting this place every three weeks for over a year, and now I encountered an adult woman standing at the door; she greeted patients—handing them a bottle of water to take to their seats—and immediately thrust a sign right in front of their faces, asking them to scan a QR code and leave a review. And what do you do? You feel obligated to leave a review! I felt bad for the young people (patients) who were waiting there; I found the whole thing very unpleasant—it was uncomfortable. 🤨 (The water cooler has always been there, and patients have always been free to decide whether or not to take a drink.) The staff there is talented, yet all this practice does is strip away their credibility! I hope they do something about this. ***** ********* It is wise to accept constructive criticism, and optional to act upon it; I took the liberty of expressing my opinion to you—both in person and through this public forum. As for your culture of hospitality: *do not twist my words.* What is uncomfortable is the manner in which you solicit reviews—specifically, the psychological pressure you apply. And how is it possible that, after a year and a half of visiting every three weeks, I had never seen you do that before? Please do not take this as a personal attack! I reiterate that you are indeed talented. ** And by the way, I never mentioned whether or not I was satisfied with my son's treatment. (What happened to your patient privacy policies?)

Walking into Menta for the first time today and the staff was amazing. The atmosphere is so welcoming. The staff is soo friendly and they took time explaining my son's procedure in detail. 10/10 experience highly recommended 👌 👍 👏
Menta Dentistry is by far the best dental office I’ve encountered in my 53 years of living. The dental hygienist and dentist are superb. I’m highly critical of my dental health and I love this place.
This is by far the best dental office I’ve been to! The team is incredibly kind and professional. They take the time to explain every step and make sure I feel comfortable every visit. The office is very clean and well organized, and you can tell they truly care about their patients!
Great place! Friendly staff. Great appointment turn around time. I highly recommend it! 1st time here and I love it. Great place for kids also. OMG! The exam room chairs have a massager. The dental hygienist Erick was amazing and walked me through the whole process! Will definitely make this my family’s primary dentist!
