I had such a great experience at Mesa Dental Home! Dr. Manuel and his assistant, Estrella, were absolutely amazing. They made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in and took the time to explain everything clearly, which really helped ease my nerves. They were both kind, patient, and very informative throughout my visit. I truly felt like they cared about my comfort and made sure I understood every step of the process. My experience here with Mesa Dental has been extremely excellent. Evelyn the Dr's assistant tried do hard to make me feel calm, she did her job well, she was kind, she explained questions for me, and I can honestly say I would come here again, and definitely send others here too! The Dr. And Lacey were exceptional from the start also. Its a great Dental office!
Finally found a dentist that takes my insurance! From a FB ad, got a free consult, exam & xrays. Treatment plan made. Felt a lil pressure to pay for full plan today but was given options to help costs other than care credit. Dr has wonderful bedside manner & clear English. Not happy about wait time, 40 mins after appt time. Total time in office, 2 hours. Free coffee, water & small snacks are a nice touch to the small waiting area.
From the moment I entered Mesa Dental Home to completing the appointment it was a wonderful experience. This was my first time with Dr. Manuel Aguila and his team and they really went above and beyond! I typically am nervous at the dentist but not here. From the front end staff, to the insurance coordinator, to Dr. Manuel and his dental technician team, you’re in good hands. 10/10 I highly reccomend this place if you are looking for a denstist’s office in the mesa/tempe area. Thanks to Dr. Manuel and Lacey who helped me resolve my emergency in the best and most efficient way. The costs were very low, I recommend them to everyone. Where do I start. Office is under new ownership and the New Doctor is great very kind and his staff is amazing especially Lacey is very kind and helpful with all the resources so I can get my treatment done. Will recommend to my family and friends.
