About Mesa Dental Implants and Dentures

Mesa Dental Implants and Dentures operates on South Power Road in the Golden Hills area of Mesa, Arizona. Implants are considered by many dentists the most durable way to replace a missing tooth, since the titanium post fuses with the jaw bone over several months and then supports a crown that functions much like a natural tooth. Enough healthy bone is the main prerequisite, and a graft can build that up first if needed.

Dentures replace some or all of the natural teeth in a jaw with a removable appliance, custom-fitted to the mouth. A full denture replaces every tooth; a partial fills gaps where some natural teeth remain. Because the jaw bone reshapes over time, dentures typically need adjusting or remaking periodically.

Dental anxiety is common, and most practices are used to working with nervous patients — through clear explanations of what is about to happen, a slower pace where needed, and sedation options for patients who want them. Avoiding the dentist out of anxiety tends to make eventual treatment more involved, not less.

Children benefit from starting dental visits early, generally by their first birthday or within six months of the first tooth coming through, mainly so they become familiar with the setting before any treatment is actually needed. Establishing that routine early tends to make ongoing checkups far less stressful for both child and parent.

Payment and insurance arrangements vary by practice and by treatment, so it is worth asking directly what is covered and what options exist for anything that is not, rather than assuming either way. Getting that clarified before treatment starts avoids surprises once it is underway.

Beyond any single treatment, most dental visits start with an examination — checking for decay, reviewing the gums, and looking at existing fillings or crowns — often alongside X-rays where there is a reason to look between or beneath teeth. That groundwork is what a dentist uses to explain any findings and set out next steps before you leave. How long does it take to get used to new dentures?
Several weeks is typical, and speech and eating usually feel awkward at first. Sore spots in the early stage are common and are adjusted rather than endured — they are not something to put up with.
What is the difference between full and partial dentures?
A full denture replaces all the teeth in a jaw, while a partial fills the gaps where some natural teeth remain and clips onto them for support. Which applies depends simply on how many teeth are left and their condition.

I can't even begin to express how pleased I have been since getting my implants. Dr Miller is an incredible doctor who made me feel comfortable from my very first consultation. I was able to schedule my procedure quickly and didn't miss any time away from work. My coworkers were absolutely amazed at the results, and my kids told me they couldn't remember me smiling in photos before. The office is an extremely friendly environment, and Drea couldn't be any nicer. When I've asked questions of both Drea and Dr. Miller, I've never been made to feel uncomfortable. They have always taken time to explain the details. Even my wife was made to feel as she was the patient herself when she had questions. I whole heartedly recommend Mesa Dental Implants and Dentures for anyone in the area considering cosmetic dentistry. From a guy who took a long time to decide to get implants, I should have done this years ago.

After lots of research and consultations through AZ, NV, and Mexico, I landed on Mesa Dental Implants and Dentures. The price was comparable to travel outside of AZ and closer for those follow up appts. The whole office staff was very welcoming, open and informative. I am currently in my All on X temps and the processing is all going as explained. Definetly would refer them!

Very knowledgeable, and friendly staff! I’ve called several times after my surgery and spoke with Regan. She was always very informative and very friendly no matter how many questions I had. I dealt with Drea pre and post op, I can definitely say she cares about her patients. She has went above and beyond to make sure my healing process has went exactly the way they had expected, not to mention she took the time out of her day to answer questions of mine that were after hours a few times. Dr Abraham miller is Definitely an Expert in Dental implants! He knocked out the reconstruction of my mouth in literally 24hrs. I highly Recommend Mesa Dental implants and Dentures!!!!! Keep up the AMAZING WORK

If an even higher rating were available, I would give it to Dr. Miller and his entire Staff at Mesa Dental Implants and Dentures! I was warmly welcomed and made to feel extremely comfortable from day one. Dr. Miller performed full mouth implants for me last week. Prior to my procedure, everything had been explained, in full detail, what to expect and I was left without any questions. I am thrilled with my results and new beautiful smile. Don’t hesitate to give them a call.

After years of dental problems, I finally made the decision to restore my smile, and choosing Dr. Miller was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I have always been extremely scared of going to the dentist—honestly, absolutely terrified. The thought of dental procedures caused me a great deal of anxiety, and I put off getting the treatment I needed for far too long because of that fear. From the very beginning, Dr. Miller recognized how nervous I was and went out of his way to make sure I was okay. He was patient, reassuring, and took the time to check on me throughout the process, helping me feel safe and comfortable every step of the way. From my very first consultation, Dr. Miller and his team treated me with kindness, respect, and professionalism. They took the time to explain every step of the process, answer every question, and make sure I felt comfortable and confident in my treatment plan. On April 15, I underwent full-mouth implant treatment, and the results have already been life-changing. Not only do my teeth look incredible, but I smile with confidence again. The care and attention to detail that Dr. Miller puts into his work are truly remarkable. What impressed me most was that I never felt like just another patient. Dr. Miller genuinely cares about the people he treats and takes pride in helping them regain both their smile and their quality of life. His entire staff has been supportive, compassionate, and professional throughout my recovery. The photos and video attached to this review show part of the transformation, but they cannot fully capture what this experience has meant to me. For the first time in a long time, I can look in the mirror and smile proudly. If you are considering dental implants or major dental work, I cannot recommend Dr. Miller highly enough. The investment is significant, but so is the result. My only regret is not doing it sooner. Thank you, Dr. Miller, for giving me my smile back.

This place is excellent!!! I started my process in April 2025, one of my posts did not take, once they found it they corrected it and I started the healing process. Drea was great through the whole thing. She replaced my post and then she was there for me every time my teeth loosened or needed attention. She listened to me and the way everything was feeling and made the necessary adjustments. I'm now at the point of being almost done. My permanent plates are in, but the top one broke and she is now in the process of repairing it so that I can have my beautiful smile back. The end results are well worth the long process. This place really puts value on making you happy and giving you a great smile with state of the art product. Now my teeth are perfect, it would not have happened without the professional care of the team here.

Dr Miller takes really good care of me and my teeth. He explains everything I need in a kind and respectful way and takes great care to do the work the right way. I've been to other dentist offices where I felt like I was rushed in and out and treated poorly and this office is way different. This is great dental office.

Best dentist I've ever been to and his staff is awesome... He fixed my teeth. Best decision I ever made was to go to him and now I have four-in-1 implants and I can eat whatever I want and when I say whatever I want whatever I want.... He did my surgery to put my implants in. There was no pain... He even called that night and checked in on me... He is very personable he and his staff really make you feel like family...
