I had an amazing experience at Mesa Modern Dental on 7/8/26. I had a dental emergency and needed to be seen the same day. Even though I was a new patient, they got me in right away and made the entire process completely seamless. From the moment I walked in, everyone was incredible. The front desk staff were welcoming and efficient, the dental assistant was kind and reassuring, and the care I received from Dr. Rong, Anilu and Shelby were truly outstanding. I have never been a fan of going to the dentist, but they made me feel comfortable, listened to my concerns, and provided exceptional care. They completely exceeded my expectations. If you're looking for a dental office that genuinely cares about its patients and provides outstanding customer service, I highly recommend Mesa Modern Dental. I went here for first time visit dr was great but billing was horrible. Beware they charge for same day crown and use a code that insurance doesn't cover and they don't tell you at the time of visit until you get a bill from them. Saliva test is not covered and was told would not be charge but still got charged for it. They use cpt codes that insurance doesn't cover then when you call them they try to back track it. I spoke with management but haven't got anywhere but have them waive 25.00 fee for setting up payment arrangements which I was not told they charge to set up arrangement. I feel so used by this company and defeated paying almost 2000 which my EOB shows I should only be responsible for 800. I highly recommend you ask about what they charge for and what they bill for.

I came into this office for the first time in April for a routine cleaning. What should have been a 30 minute cleaning turned into a very unnecessary couple hour long visit. First, they took xrays that were not covered by my insurance even though they told me they were. Next, the hygienist Monika did perio probing on my gums, which was the most painful experience i have ever had for perio probing. She then told me that i had gum disease and that i needed a deep cleaning with scaling and root planing. Her and Dr Kaopua also told me that I needed to pull out one of my teeth and get an implant put in because the root was infected. They then put the bill in front of me and it is almost $2000. They, of course, also had an endodontist coming the next day and wanted to charge me almost $300 on top of the $2000 to see him to confirm that my tooth needed to be pulled. I told them that this was shocking since i have had my teeth cleaned every 6 months my entire life and i couldn't afford to pay $2000 that day. Their response was "Well what can you pay today?" and started discounting items and trying to bargain with me to get me to do any of the items on the estimate they put in front of me. I told them that i just wanted to get my teeth cleaned like i came in for and they refused to clean my teeth unless i did the deep cleaning. I then declined all services, asked for copies of my xrays and estimate and left. I went to Superstition Endodontics and they said that my tooth was perfectly fine and that i didn't need to have it pulled or have an implant put in. They said that my root was indeed NOT infected as Dr. Kaopua mentioned and that my bite was just off. They adjusted it and the tooth hasn't been a problem since. I also went to 2 additional dentists after this one for second opinions and both dentist confirmed i did NOT have gum disease. I also called my old dentist and got my numbers for the perio probe i had done there 6 months before and it was significantly lower than what Mesa Modern Dental said it was. Both of the additional dentists i went to also confirmed that Mesa Modern Dental pushed too far into my gums which can exaggerate the perio probe and that my numbers were no where near what Mesa Modern Dental said they were. My gums were also sore for a week after leaving this dentist because of how hard Monika pushed into my gums. Additionally, Mesa Modern Dental then sends me a bill in the mail for $1400 after i didn't get ANY services done outside of Xrays. This place is by far the worst dentist office i have ever been to in my entire life. They are only focused on money and should be ashamed at how they treat their patients.

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Saad and her teammate. Dr. Saad was incredibly kind, patient, and took the time to talk me through every step of the procedure, which helped ease my nerves tremendously. Amelia was right there the entire time, assisting flawlessly and continuously checking on me to make sure I was comfortable and doing okay. As someone who is definitely a nervous Nellie when it comes to dental work, I can't express how much I appreciated the care and compassion they showed. My dental hygienist, Monica, was nothing short of amazing, as always. Her technique with the numbing shots made the experience far more comfortable than I ever expected. She is truly an exceptional dental hygienist, and I thank God for her. Every three months, I genuinely look forward to seeing her friendly face because I know that in her capable and caring hands, I'll be well taken care of. Her kindness, skill, and reassuring presence always help put me at ease I truly felt blessed to be surrounded by such loving, kind, and caring people during my visit. The entire team went above and beyond to make me feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for. Thank you!!

I was hesitant to come here only for the reason that I had to change dentists due to insurance. I LOVED my dentist so this was hard to find someone new that was as good. Since coming to Mesa Modern Dentistry, I have been happy with my cleanings here. This week I had a filling fall out and the office was able to see me right away. Dr. Saad is the best! She was very caring and did a great job being professional and making sure I was comfortable. I didn't feel anything and was able to walk out with a great repair. Bite is always hard to get but Dr. Saad was able to get it correct right away and it was perfect even after the anesthesia wore off. The office gave me several payment options that were fair and would work best for me. Thank you Mesa Modern Dental, I'm very happy.

I started going to Dr. Ho at Mesa Modern Dentistry last year and am so grateful to her and her staff. They are always caring and kind and they all do fantastic work. They all provide such great service from the front desk, to the finance person to the assistants and Dr. Ho herself. I was equally impressed at the charity work Dr. Ho does internationally and they had a drive going for one of my favorite charities that helped me save some money on services by donating. I'm finishing up getting teeth pulled and dentures made as well as a partial crown. Can't recommend them enough!

Dr. Ho and DA Reilly are amazing. I had several infected teeth that needed to be pulled and a denture put in. They were very nice and helped during the entire process. Thank you guys again for everything, I love the way the dentures look and feel! Cant wait for my first follow up appointment.

This is an Awesome office! I had a dental emergency and they got me in immediately! Dr. Saad has been the best dentist I have ever worked with. She is sweet and kind. She has given me the best care to me and my teeth. Arelly was so great as well. They are a beat team! Always making sure I am informed in what is being done next. Nothing but patience as they have navigated my very difficult problem teeth. I would recommend them to everyone if you want to get the best care for you and your teeth! I love the office staff who are just the nicest 😃
