You know you're in the right hands when you can remember everyone's name from the first visit.. - Lorraine (efficiently) took my info and set me up with an appointment explained form(s) for covid procedures. She's awesome, super down to earth. Called me back with an earlier appointment as I requested. - Roe at the front desk is down to earth, very cool, so pleasant, I smile as soon as I see her. Yes, I have a crush on her! - Arielle (Ariel) greeted me in under two minutes of checking in at the front desk. She took my temperature AND MY COAT! she thoroughly answered all my questions. - Joe is the man, very good at his job and pays extremely close attention to Dr Bill's every move while working on my choppers. Very intuitive, he doesn't miss a thing. - Dr Bill tells you what you need to know. He addressed my concerns with detailed explanations, let me know 'what I was in for' without sugarcoating. Updated 4/10/2026 Now my Dad has been going to see Dr. Bill and love their service!

The best dentist I've ever had. They are great at finding appointment times for you, are always quick to see you on the day of your appointment, communicative, gentle, and extremely professional. No notes. I recommend them to everyone i know

Such a great and professional experience - appointment started on time, uses a web-based survey for all pre-paperwork. Dental hygienist was thorough, pleasant, and efficient. Dr. Barnes has a good bedside (chairside?) manner and didn't try to sell me on dental work I don't need. Highly recommend!

This has to be hands down the best experience I’ve had having a tooth removed. They were able to get me in the same day that I was having issues, even earlier than my appointment. Once I arrived the wait wasn’t long at all. It wasn’t over 40 minutes from the time I arrived to the time I left. Once I was in the chair they promptly got the X-ray and dentist was in to get things going. The staff were very friendly and the environment was clean. I would highly recommend bringing your dental needs here.

I have experienced outstanding care every time from Dr. Barnes and the entire team. From routine cleanings with the hygienists to more complex dental procedures like implants and preventive gum care, I’ve consistently experienced top-notch care and attention to detail. I’m always impressed with the comfort of each procedure, both during and afterward. The office staff is incredibly friendly and flexible with scheduling, making each visit a pleasure. After trying other dentists in the city, I’m thrilled to have found Dr. Barnes!

Had a great experience at Mestichelli-Barnes Dental. I arrived a few minutes early, checked in, and was taken back right away. Nicole, my hygienist, was fantastic. She removed all the plaque from my bottom teeth, and I feel so much better now. The environment was clean and friendly. They took my x-rays, did the cleaning, and had me out the door in under 40 minutes. Highly recommend.
