I love this dental practice!!! My husband and I have been seen here for over 10 years. My dentist Exposito is amazing- so kind and so knowledgeable. My hygienist Jenny is the absolute best. I have never had a difficult cleaning- and she has given me very sound advice on maintaining excellent dental hygiene!
I went in for a routine cleaning and confirmed ahead of time that my insurance was accepted and the cleaning would be covered. I repeatedly said I only wanted a standard cleaning. After X-rays and a brief exam, I was told I needed extensive periodontal treatment with a $13,000 treatment plan. It felt very sudden and not clearly explained, especially since I’ve never been told I needed anything like this before. I declined the treatment and left. I’ll be getting a second opinion and returning to my regular dentist. I’m sharing this so others are aware and can ask questions before agreeing to large treatment plans.
