The entire office provides an outstanding patient experience. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by a friendly and professional front desk team. The office is clean, and well organized, and appointments are handled efficiently with minimal wait times. The staff is attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about patient comfort. Every visit has been smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a welcoming and well-run orthodontic practice.
Dr. Rubensteen and his team did a fantastic job with my inbrace treatment. The staff were always friendly and professional, and helped me with all of my questions. It worked faster than I expected, and wasn’t noticeable at all!
The real patient review yall are looking for: I began treatment at this office in September 2022 with an estimated timeline of about 2 years and 3 months. As of now— 3+ years later—I still have some concerns with my smile, including a slight overbite, a tucked lower arch on one side, and a bit of crowding. While I do see and appreciate the progress that’s been made, the overall timeline ended up being longer than expected. Communication about how much additional time I might need wasn’t entirely clear, and since my braces were already paid off and my timeline now extended, I would need to pay per visit to continue treatment. I’ve decided to transfer my care elsewhere and will be starting Invisalign, with about another year projected to complete my journey (I just don’t want metal braces for another year)I’ve always been consistent with my oral hygiene and band wear, so I was hoping for a more finished result by this stage. There were also some treatment setbacks that required extra correction, which likely extended my timeline. That said, I want to be clear that I truly like the team here. Everyone was kind and welcoming, and this was a difficult decision to make. I appreciate their effort and care throughout my time as a patient. I just personally needed to take a different direction to reach the results I’m aiming for. I’ll be sharing photos of my teeth before, during, and after to show an honest view of my progress and overall experience.
After 3 years and $5500 spent with Dr Rubensteen, my wife’s teeth are still NOT fixed. The expectation he gave us is that she would be able to get them off around 2 years. At 3 years we kept asking for an expected date they could be removed, he avoided the question appointment after appointment. Finally he said it’d be another year and he was going to start charging us more money because it was taking so long. It shouldn’t have taken this long. His attention to detail is subpar, brackets would break off within hours of an appointment, and minor problems stacked up until we decided it was time to go somewhere else. Now I’ve had to spend another $3000 on Invisalign to finish the job he couldn’t.
My son just got his braces off and looks fantastic! Dr. Rubensteen and his staff were great! He is absolutely a perfectionist and made sure every tooth was perfect! Thank you
