The front desk team is absolutely incredible — they are so friendly, always start appointments on time, handle insurance perfectly, fit you in seamlessly for emergencies, and truly make you feel like family. The office is beautiful and conveniently located, and the dental work is consistently excellent. I genuinely love coming here and can’t recommend them enough!

The name of my hygienist was Mario and truly this was one of the best cleanings I have EVER had. The dentist was Dr. Gaertner, DMD and he made me feel extremely confident that I was in good hands.

I sing the praises of Dr Tommy Gaertner! I first met him when my front veneer chipped, which was an emergency situation. I hadn’t found a Dentist here South Beach that I vibed with, so I asked people in my yoga studio who could fix it. One woman highly recommended Dr Gaertner. He was impressive and made me feel very trusting, telling me he loved doing crown/veneers. It turned out perfect. He connects personally yet has a very professional no nonsense style that I really love. I’ve been going to him many years now, and I look forward to sitting in his chair!
