This is the only dentist office that I trust to take care of my teeth. Everyone’s kind and friendly always a great experience
I love Dr. Osman. He is a very good dentist, but his billing people could have told me that I was out of network. They called me to verify my insurance and knew I was out of network then waited until my work had been done to charge me without saying a word about me being out of network and then they made me file my claim to the insurance company like they couldn't be bothered to do it because they had already got they money. I really would have appreciated a heads up from them, but I'm still cool with Dr. Osman!
My family and I have had an excellent experience at Osman Dental. Their customer service is truly outstanding from the moment you walk in. The front desk staff are incredibly kind, welcoming, attentive, and always willing to help with anything we need. They make every visit smooth and comfortable for our whole family ;) The hygienists are also extremely professional, gentle, and knowledgeable. They take the time to explain everything clearly and make sure everyone feels comfortable throughout the appointment. It’s clear the entire team genuinely cares about their patients.
