The hygienist, Vanessa, is incredibly thorough and meticulous in her work, and Dr. Ali clearly demonstrates that he practices his profession with great ethics and responsibility, ensuring that each of his patients not only feels comfortable but also receives an accurate diagnosis tailored to their needs. And as for Elena, the receptionist, she's everything you could want when calling a place to request a service. The best dental place in Miami.

The BEST dental experience I’ve ever had—hands down. Dr. Ali is exceptional. He takes the time to explain every step of each procedure in a clear, compassionate, and easy to understand way, which instantly puts you at ease. I’ve had everything from routine cleanings and fillings to root canals done here, and I can honestly say it’s always a wonderful experience. Appointments always start on time, yet I’ve never once felt rushed. Dr. Ali and his team are incredibly attentive, thorough, and genuinely care about your comfort and well-being throughout the entire visit. The office itself is immaculately clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed with large windows, great views, and a relaxing atmosphere. The music they play adds a cool, calming vibe that makes dental work feel surprisingly stress-free. I’ve been going to Miami Smile for years and have consistently had a great experience. The entire team is professional, welcoming, and efficient. I especially want to call out Vanessa, the hygienist. I have very sensitive teeth, and even a routine cleaning can be uncomfortable if not handled with care. Vanessa is incredibly gentle, patient, and thorough. She takes her time, checks in often, and makes sure I’m comfortable throughout the entire process. It truly makes a difference. If you’re someone who gets anxious about cleanings or struggles with sensitivity, you’ll be in very good hands here. Highly recommend.

Dr. Ali and his team at Miami Smile Dental are EXCEPTIONAL. I used to believe going to the dentist would always be painful and traumatic but I felt absolutely no pain or discomfort during my deep cleaning and 4 deep cavity fillings. You can trust that Dr. Ali truly cares and wants to get your teeth in the best shape possible. I am also grateful to Vanessa, my dental hygienist, who brought my teeth back to life with her dental cleaning. Furthermore, I really love and appreciate their time and effort to create the best treatment plan based on my insurance. When my insurance didn’t end up covering much for my dental work, they worked with me to lower my copay and receive the necessary care I needed.

I had a filling replaced by Dr. Yazback. In my experience with other dentists, this has been a dreaded procedure. However, with Dr. Yazback, the entire process was smooth and pain free. I cannot say enough positive things about the exceptional care he provided and his amazing bedside manner. What a world class dentist! I’ll be a patient for life!!
