About Michigan Dental Implant Studio

Michigan Dental Implant Studio operates on West Big Beaver Road in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan. Implants are considered by many dentists the most durable way to replace a missing tooth, since the titanium post fuses with the jaw bone over several months and then supports a crown that functions much like a natural tooth. Enough healthy bone is the main prerequisite, and a graft can build that up first if needed.

Dental anxiety is common, and most practices are used to working with nervous patients — through clear explanations of what is about to happen, a slower pace where needed, and sedation options for patients who want them. Avoiding the dentist out of anxiety tends to make eventual treatment more involved, not less.

Children benefit from starting dental visits early, generally by their first birthday or within six months of the first tooth coming through, mainly so they become familiar with the setting before any treatment is actually needed. Establishing that routine early tends to make ongoing checkups far less stressful for both child and parent.

Payment and insurance arrangements vary by practice and by treatment, so it is worth asking directly what is covered and what options exist for anything that is not, rather than assuming either way. Getting that clarified before treatment starts avoids surprises once it is underway.

Beyond any single treatment, most dental visits start with an examination — checking for decay, reviewing the gums, and looking at existing fillings or crowns — often alongside X-rays where there is a reason to look between or beneath teeth. That groundwork is what a dentist uses to explain any findings and set out next steps before you leave.

Routine attendance, roughly every six months for most people, is what actually keeps small problems small. A lot of decay and gum disease develops without any pain in its early stages, which is why regular checkups matter even when nothing seems to be wrong, rather than only booking an appointment once something hurts. Frequently Asked Questions

Where is Michigan Dental Implant Studio located in Bloomfield Hills?
Michigan Dental Implant Studio is on West Big Beaver Road in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan (48304).
What days is Michigan Dental Implant Studio open?
Michigan Dental Implant Studio is open Monday through Friday. Contact the practice through this page to confirm current appointment times before travelling.
What services does Michigan Dental Implant Studio offer?
Listed services at Michigan Dental Implant Studio include Dental Implants. The full list is shown on this page.
How long do dental implants last?
The implant itself is designed to be permanent and frequently lasts decades. The crown attached to it is the part more likely to need replacing over time, and implants can still be lost to gum infection if cleaning is neglected.
Do dental implants hurt?
Placement is done under local anaesthetic, and most people compare the discomfort afterward to an extraction rather than something worse. Soreness for a few days is normal and usually manageable with standard pain relief.
What causes bad breath and can a dentist help?
Persistent bad breath most often comes from bacteria on the tongue and around the gumline, and gum disease is a frequent underlying cause. Because it is usually oral in origin, a dental examination is a sensible first step.

Everyone in the office is absolutely wonderful and very family-like and friendly. My surgery and recovery went well with no problems. I have tried out a few different teeth styles and ready to get my permanent teeth. Even the temp teeth look great 👍 Best pricing no ambiguity, straight answers. I feel like I have been very cared for throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend and have recommended this office to people who have asked about my teeth.

**This is my 1 month review of Michigan Dental Implant Studio in Bloomfield Hills. I had the full All-On-4 dental surgery** This may be a book, I apologize in advance, but if you’re like me, this is/was one of the biggest decisions of your life. We see horror stories on Google, and this kind of surgery needs to be done by the best, not some greedy salesman just looking to take your money with no warranty or communication post surgery. Going into my initial consultation was nerve racking, up to this point, only one person had seen how bad my mouth was. It was causing other issues with my body, and I knew if I didn’t get it taken care of, it would affect my body in very severe ways down the road. Not to mention my mental health. I was headed down a bad path. First of all, the ladies in the office are absolutely amazing. They weren’t rude, or demeaning or in a rush to get to the next patient. I’ve never met such friendly people in my life, Michigan Dental Implant Studio is lucky to have people like that. They got me right in, got my X-rays done, and then I met Dr Kyle. He’s one of a kind, let me tell you. It’s hard to explain in a Google review what he’s like, just go meet him. This kind of guy loves his work, you are the canvass, and this is his art. Instead of criticizing me, or just assuming I had bad personal hygiene, this guy gets all excited and can’t wait to get started. I ended up telling this guy personal things, i.e how this has affected my mental health. That’s how down to earth and personable he is. I was literally hugging him by my 2nd appointment. Nothing like 2 dudes crying in a dentist office lol. The 1st consultation was free, they went over everything, from the 1st appointment, to the time I get the zirconia’s later down the road. They have a Howell location as well, which I was able to go to my 2nd appointment. I’ll also be able to go there for routine follow up appointments. I love that they have this location, it’s much easier for us “country folk” 🤣. Surgery was done at the Bloomfield Hills location, I believe they are remodeling Howell and they will offer surgery’s there down the road, don’t quote me though. They got me scheduled pretty quickly for the surgery once we paid our 50% deposit. They originally had me for a Friday, then changed to Saturday, Valentine’s Day, then back to Friday. There was a quite a bit of rescheduling, which was a red flag, but Friday worked better for me, so I went with it. The actual surgery went great, they do knock you out and have an anesthesiologist there to monitor you while you are asleep. Hardly any pain that day, because they give you a good dose of anesthetics. You will feel loopy, so make sure you have someone to drive you home. You won’t want to drive the next day either. Every body handles the pain differently, and mine had very limited pain. You can text the office number if you have any issues, that’s a pretty cool feature. They probably got sick of me texting and asking questions lol. The first 2 weeks were the worst for me. Once you get over that 2 week hump, it’s all downhill from there. The majority of the swelling is gone within a week, but it really wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be. Being able to show off my amazing smile makes it all worth it. Not having depression or bad thoughts makes it worth it. Having a social life makes it worth it. If you are here reading reviews about this place, odds are you know what I’m talking about. Just schedule an appointment, they don’t charge anything for the first time. Is it a pricey option compared to going out of country? Sure it is. But what happens if you break a tooth, or get a severe infection without a local dentists warranty? As long as you maintain your dental hygiene, and go to the post-op appointments, you’re covered for life here. So my official 1 month review is “make an appointment and talk to Dr Kyle”. It doesn’t take long, and he’s very informative and knowledgeable, and non judgmental. I’ll be sure to update this once I get my zirconia’s

Impeccable dentistry at Michigan Dental Implant Studio! The entire staff is caring, friendly, and makes you feel like family from the moment you walk through the door. That level of kindness and professionalism extends all the way to the doctor. Everyone took the time to make me feel comfortable and well cared for throughout my visit. I was so impressed with my experience that I am switching all of my routine cleanings to the Howell location. I highly recommend Michigan Dental Implant Studio and Michigan Dental Studio to anyone looking for exceptional dental care!

Look no further! Dr Kyle and his staff are fabulous. Besides Dr Kyle doing a top-notch job, he’s kind and considerate of your feelings. The staff goes out of their way to make sure you’re comfortable and that you understand everything. I’ve had 2 huge health problems unrelated to dental care and this office has accommodated me every step of the way.I couldn’t be more grateful to everyone in the practice: thank you!! If you’re looking for a brighter smile and a family-like atmosphere; let Dr Kyle give you a consultation!! Thank you to the whole office!! 🥰
